You never finish the Newbie Routine. It’s still the foundation of all my PE. Once you start clamping, you will toughen the tissues of your penis so fast that you will struggle to gain from any less intense methods, so you should do everything you can to put off clamping until every other method of PE no longer gives results.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

4.75 here, but glands are 5.25” and wife already says it’s tough to get into her mouth. Oh well, it’s slowly gonna get tougher. And no, that’s not a comment she uses to try to get out of doing it, she enjoys it. I’m not interested in getting to a size where she no longer enjoys it.

I read a 37 page article written by a guy called Redzulu ,how he started constricted exercises ( clamping ) about 10 years ago using a piece of cord , he then discovered the clamp and found it was ideal for what he was doing . He had very little PE experience when he started constricted exercises . His gains over the years have been amazing and he is regarded as a Guru in the clamping field . He has made up a lot of different type of exercises that can be done while clamped . The one that really interested me is the one using a rolling pin but won`t be trying that one for a long time LOL !

I wish I had a girth of five inches or more.

He’s got a membership here too, but never posted much. He’s at pegym too. He claims to be the ‘original’ clamper - I was clamping before he started PE! :)

He is a decent poster though, and has certainly explored clamping/constriction thoroughly. He’s also a good example of how once you start clamping, the only way to go is ever more extreme and potentially dangerous PE to get any further gains (or as I had to, take a years deconditioning break to be able to get gains from less strenuous methods).

4.25” glans, 4.5” mseg, 4.75” above base, 5” at the very base (thus not useable). I feel you on the insecurity, 4.5” feels skinny to me (albeit only after I found out where I fall on the ‘average’ scale).

There are men here in the 3” girth range. Doesn’t look like it at first glance of these forums but it seems like the smaller guys are more reluctant to post, and it makes sense that the bigger guys like to throw out their stats and post pics whenever possible. I think I would.
A 4.5” girth will humble you, that’s for sure. But I’ve had good sex with women before. But I’ve only fucked young chicks, not mothers and experienced older women. This is where the girth becomes even more important (women have had kids and are looser, have had more partners, etc etc).

I’m happy to say that I’m an exhibitionist and only 5.5 BPEL x 4.75 MSEG. Nothing wrong with it, I’m completely in the average and have no problem pleasing (deep penetration isn’t the only way to get a woman off, in fact most can’t orgasm from penetration alone).

My wife and I have had sex in front of up to 50 people before, as well as smaller groups, but that’s an experience I’ll never forget.

Are there any targeted exercises for girth however? I have the same thing. I am about 8 inches as well.. But its strangely skinney >.<

Yes I have, I have been usually doing light versions of them for a few years on and off. Depending on the privacy of my current living situation and how much I’m working.. Recently I took some time off because I’m working 16 hour shifts some days, and I only do it once a week or so somewhat lazily. Always doing kegals though.

I want to do something that targets girth but at the same time, I don’t know how much I am invested to use anything but my own hands. The idea of clamps and such is a little scary to me.
