Anyone under 5' girth

I’m at 4.75. First goal is to get to 5. Then to 5.25, and finally to 5.5. I would love to get to 6 but that is a long time away.

Couple years ago I was probably 4.25 now I’m 5.3 girth

I started 15 months ago at 4.75” girth and never had any complaints. After my most recent growth spurt, I’m around 5.5” girth now.

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

Not sarcasm. Funny all the issues with sarcasm in this thread lol. My routine started a little over zealously. I did not believe that any harm could come to me. I clamped almost immediately, I would jelq for 30 minutes, stretch for 30 minutes, and would wear a silicone sleeve all day, sometimes at night. I started this prior to ever even having sex (I was a later bloomer in that regard). Once I started having sex it was clear I had erectile issues. Long story short I ended up having a venous leak and getting venous ligation surgery. I couldnt do anythign with my dick for 4 months. After that I couldnt help but start the newbie routine again. For almost exactly one year following I had a strict routine of 2 on and one off with 20 minutes manual stretch and 20 minutes jelq, and thats it. After that year, I got antsy again and ordered a pump with a gauge. I love how big my dick looks in the pump, which makes me keep going back to it, but it hurts my PIs which in turn hurts my ability to stick to a consistent routine. So, I need to figure out how best to include the pump so that I dont get a shriveled tired dick for days and days post routine making me unable to do another routine. Anyway, yes I started in 2009 at 4.5, and yes I measured a few days ago and I am 4.5. It is just as shocking to me as it is to you, and its sucks that after 4 years I still don’t believe PE works.

Just a few days ago it became painfully clear that I do not believe my length has changed either. you see, its tough to measure with a ruler accurately all the time. The pump has a measurements on it, which gives me a clear bone pressed length every time. When I first put my erect dick inside and push the pump down…it goes to 6.5, which is where I was 4 years ago. I can pump up to 7.5 length, but that never moves either and goes away after im done.

I’m very sorry to hear about someone without any gains. I wonder if there are other benefits that accrue, like EQ or ejaculation control?

Anyway, I got curious and started looking at the csv data-set. Eyeballing the data from various angles in a spreadsheet and doing some histograms and analysis..

Looks like there are about 500 guys here who don’t have any girth gains. This is about one third of the population who’ve reported multiple measurements at various time intervals.

About 500 guys have modest gains, say about 2-10% girth gained per year. The final third have large gains, greater than 10% girth gain per year (EG > 0.4 inch gain on a 4” base circumference)

So, as a newbie, it looks like I’ve got about a 66% chance of some gains, noticeable in the first year.

Since I’m an older guy, I’ve been wondering if the effort is worth it. But, knowing that there is a 2/3 chance of success gives me some hope.

I’ve definitely been gaining so it’s worth the time.

zero gains it sucks. I’m going to try ULI and 440s today. However I have no idea where to look for the technique.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Just alternate squeezing the shaft and right below head. Force the blood to meet in the middle.

I just started PE and I am also under 5” girth.
FG 3.75” EG: 4.5” BP FL: 3.5” BPEL: 5.25”

I am really hoping that staying consistent with this will produce results. I too am very insecure, most likely more than anyone else even cares. I will stay updated with my progress.
I hope to at least get to:
FG: 5” EG: 6” BP FL: 6” BPEL: 7.5”

From what I have read so far, these are not unrealistic gains. I hope this works.

I started PE 3 months ago and was 4.1” MEG , now I`m 4.3” . I have just finished the Newbie routine . Is it too soon to start clamping ?

Three months are not enough conditioning for clamping, plus, why change something that is yielding results, keep following the Newbie Routine until you stop seeing gains then you can amp things up a bit by gently easing in something like squeezes or ULIs, but first you need to do some research on them.
