Am I suppose to be sore

I’ve been doing the routine for 2 weeks now and I can feel my penis being worked during the routine, but am I suppose to be sore afterwards? Like the after lifting weights kind of sore? Because I am never sore at all or maybe just a tiny bit. If I wanted to I could get a full erection and masturbate immediately after a work out. Am I doing the exercises wrong?

Not at all. You do not need to be sore after to know you are doing it right. How’s your flaccid hang and erection quality? Those are pretty good indicators of how things are progressing.

Yes it is, billyc. Some guys get sore, some do not. The best indications of whether or not you are getting the most from your workout is an increase in PIs (positive Indicator). They are usually better flaccid hang, better erection quality, stronger mornig wood, and the ultimate PI - gains. Good luck to you.

Not necessarily. I hate relating it to working out because really it is two seperate things, but here I go. I work out 5 days a week. Everyday I do a different muscle group. The day after I workout a certain muscle group I am very rarely sore, but I still rest it for a week before working it out again. I have made incredible gains this way. If I work out the samre muscle group the day after or even two days after my gains aren’t as good. Why? Because my muscles need the rest. They aren’t sore, but they still require rest. That’s the best way I can explain it. Hope that helps.

To be frank, I used to think that masturbation really effect gains, because I always see my dick shorter (kinda shrinked in) after jerking off. And I also read one article, said about too much masturbation at young age will affect penis from natural growing (I know it’s BS :) , but who knows?).

A lot of information on the net said “NO! Masturbation doesn’t affect any length nor girth”. And after reading a lot of threads here about “Does masturbation affect gains?”, I think masturbation does not affect gains.

Whatever it is now, my routine is ongoing :D
