Am I doing the newbie routine wrong?
Alright, so I have a couple of questions. I’m just starting PE, and I’m on the newbie routine. Only I’m not sure if I’m doing it right.
First of all: After I jelq, my penis does not hang much fuller for a couple hours. More like two minutes, then it just shrinks back up. I can get hard again, so I don’t think I’m over training it, am I under training? How hard should I be grabbing?
Second: Manual stretching is surprisingly difficult. I’m supposed to be feeling the stretch at the pelvis, right? A big stretch? Because mostly I just feel some pain from pulling on the head of my penis so hard. Any help with this?
If it matters, I’m 5.5 inches long and uncircumcised.
