I did not know what title to shose.

When I jelq, my dick gets warm during the jelqing and is pretty big flacid a little while after the jelqingsession. Then it quickly turtles in and gets cold and small. It doesn’t matter if I jelq hard or very light or jelq for a long time or just a few min. If I try to get an erection at this point, its not easy.

When I clamp, my dick gets cold while clamped. After the clampingsession is over my flacid is pretty big. My dick then gets warmer all the time until it gets very warm and then still it hangs pretty big flacid. I can get a pretty good erection right after the clampingsession.

When reading on this forum, everybody realy likes jelqing and thinks that jelqing is an exercise you cant be without. For me it just does not work. With the information I wrote above, do you think I can skip jelqing and just do clamping? Do I have to jelq to get god results? Jelqing realy does not work for me.

It would seem that perhaps your jelq technique needs some modification. It is best to end every jelq session, or any session for that matter with an erection and an erect massage. Ending every session with an erection is your first indication that you are doing your exercises correctly and are not using too much pressure or going too long.

You can also do jelqing as a warm up for your clamping and you say you end your clamping sessions with an erection and that is good.

If you can’t seem to make jelqing work for you, then do what works best. But jelqing still remains an excellent blood flow exercise when done correctly.

You didn’t mention stretching. Do you stretch? If so, how does your penis react after the session?

If you cant get an erection easily after a workout, then you’re overdoing it somewhere. The only way to find out where you’re overdoing it is the process of elimination.

Clamping? You’ve only been PEing since July, you shouldnt be clamping yet as your dick isnt conditioned enough.

I didn’t realize that you should end up with an erection at the end of jelqing because I never do. When I losen the pressure off of the cylinder, I’m always flaccid. I think the reason for that is as I’m watching the porn I need to be creating some motion in order to stay hard. That’s the case even when I’m masturbating. If I let go for just a second it starts to go down.

I realy dont know what I would change? I have looked att the movies of jelqing here at thunder and I think that I do the jelq correct.

I have done a lot of manual stretching in the past, it doesn’t effect my erections

Now I were a homemade extender for almost 12 hours every day. It stretches my cock with a force of 500-1000grams. That is about 1-2 pounds.

I only have to jelq very light for a few min then I get erectionproblems. I can clamp 6 x 15 min every day without getting problems with my erection. I have been doing pretty much PE before I registered on this forum.
