2 Newb Questions
Hey great site! I got some questions.
1. I was reading the exercise description from that one sticky in this section. It said on the basic stretch you should pull your foreskin back before the stretch (uncircumcised). Wouldn’t this make it so that when you start the stretch and pull out, you just end up pulling the skin back out? I’ve been doing the stretch by doing the opposite, pulling my skin out as much as I can before I grip so that I can avoid just pulling my skin back out. Am I misunderstanding something?
2. While jelqing, After each three second jelq, I stop for like 1-3 sec to adjust the grip on my other hand. Is this okay or does it have to be continuous? Is it important to switch off from left hand to right?
