Hello guys. Im a total newb to that all PE thingy, up untill few days ago i thought that’s imposible and just bs… after reading some and doing some research i cant wait to get on the road.
but before i got some questions.

here is my “workout” program 3 days on / one day off.
- warmup with hot watter quick massage(doesnt get more then 5 mins).
- trying to do streches, up untill now i wasnt very sucessfull with these.
- jelqs… 3 sets of 50, around 3 sec strokes… medium intensity
- after that im trying to do ulis, but i dont think i quite got it.
- warmoff with a shower, some massage, and wrapping

now the questions:
a) my penis has a slight curve to the left side in the middle of the shaft.
any way i could “fix” that ? in what why?
b) i didnt quite get the right way for doing ulis i just hold the blood in the base of the penis and hold for 10 secs? how much sets, or reps should i do?
c) in the end of the session i think iv’e seen some white spots on the head (though only when i touched the area) is that smth to be afraid of? some sign? what’s causing this and how can i make it go away? - it’s not that visable now, but im afraid it will go larger.
d) i didnt quite catch the straching thingies, first, it keeps slipping away, second, i dont know how much i should and as what… like warmup? lengh exercize, or w/e… can some one throw some light on that idea.

another last thing (for now) can you plz say what each exercize works on?
like ulis are for girth, i assume streches are for lengh, so what the jelq’s are for?

Hi Tom, welcome to Thunder’s Place. Your enthusiasm is good, but might get you in trouble if you try to go too fast. Here are answers to your questions which will illustrate what I mean:

Some believe jelqing “against the curve” will help. Use the handy search button (top right of every page) and search for “fix AND curve” or “jelq AND curve” for some threads on that topic.

b) i didnt quite get the right way for doing ulis i just hold the blood in the base of the penis and hold for 10 secs? how much sets, or reps should i do?

Ulis are an advanced exercise that a newbie should not attempt. You can easily injure yourself and end your short PE career. It’s suggested that newbies follow the Newbie Routine for several weeks to condition the penis before taking on Ulis and other advanced moves.

Color changes are not unusual in the beginning. Most guys get little red dots. These occur because you’re changing the amount of blood in different parts of your dick and also changing the amount of pressure on that blood. These color changes usually go away without treatment and are not long term problems.

Use a rubber glove or a piece of Theraband or cloth to improve your grip during stretches. Most guys will stretch with a strong pull, until they can feel it at the base of the penis. They’ll hold the stretch for up to a minute and do it in five directions: up, down, left, right, and straight out. Then they’ll repeat the series. See these threads:

Jelqs can work both length and girth. You’re right that stretches are for length and Ulis are for girth. See the links above for more info.

I have some more questions now, after reading bib’s LOT theory.
- First, I didn’t quite get the terms “ligs” and “tugback” what are they refering to?

- Second, assuming the LOT measurement is measured by the “angle” of the penis from the body in “time phrases” (correct me if im wrong, i dont know much about measurements, were using other measurements around here in il)
and I found out that my LOT is in 9:00~ (bit higher then penis going stright forward) is there a place to improve my LOT?
how can I improve my LOT without using hangers or such devices, only manual workout. (i dont got time, nor money, nor privacy to use hangers).

- Third, I got some questions about the way to perform some exercises:
what should be the level of eraction while doing jelqs? and Uli’s?
Iv’e read some where about power-jelqing and power-other exercises.
what are these exercises? what does power stands for? it’s a special device?

Check this. Tugback, is when the head of your penis tugs back towards your body as you do the LOT test.

That’s right.

LOT is not something that is necessary to improve. It is just a guide to the best workout for you to get length gains. In your case, downward stretching will do the trick nicely.

70-80%

Hmm… wait a few months before you try uli’s. Bit risky for beginners.

Too bad you cant edit messages in here, i got another small question about checking your LOT.

I didnt quite get how to do it.

You need to strech you penis when it’s flaccid? eracted?

To grab it upwards and then flex the pc muscle and see if the head curves in the direction of the body?

Because when I do that, my penis stops curving in 9:00

but then if I push it lower to 6:00 it curves again, though im not sure these are curves. I just feel that my penis is geting higher from the moation, not only the head.

Here is a quote from Bib the creator of lot theory

“Say you are stretching flaccid straight out from your body. That would be 9:00. Straight up would be 12:00, straight down 6:00.

Start out stretching straight up and kegel. Do you feel a ‘tug back’ against your stretch? OK, now slowly lower your hand while keeping the stretch, and kegel every few seconds. Find the point at which you no longer experience a ‘tug back’.”

Even though I’m also a newb I have been doing PE for 3 days, so I believe I have learned some things. Basically I fallow the newbie routine with some minor differences. First off I warm up with a rice sock. Its just a cup of rice poured in a sock, put in the microwave for about 40 seconds and make sure to NOT have a twist tie on it or it will catch fire (voice of experience) you want it hot but not so hot that you can’t keep it on your dick. Wrap your self for 5 min. Then do 10 flaccid stretches 30 sec. If you get hard, stop and wait till the erection dies down. For Jelqing it really helps if you have your pubes trimmed or shaved, it was really annoying pulling my hairs while I”m trying to do the exercise. So after you stretch you need to lube up. I just use some vegetable oil and that does the trick. When doing the jelqs there isn’t really a need to do sets. Just start off with 200 but if you ever get a full erection stop for a sec and let it fade. Quote “The minimum erection level you should allow is 40%-50%. In general, the greater the erection, the more effect on girth. Likewise, the lower the erection, the more effect on length.”

Finally warm up again for 5 min and then do 50 kegels of five second holds each and your done. Its best to fallow a schedule of 2 days on and one day off. But apparently stretching is allowed on the off days so I end up doing 10 sets of stretches when ever I”m in the shower.

I checked my LOT, it’s around 8, i think so i guess i shouldn’t go to hard on those libs… though i feel quite the stretch doing lower stretches.

I usualy do warmup in shower, because it’s the most efficient for me, and quick, some times I just turn on the hot water, take a sock or some thing like that and wrap it around while im washing my hair or doing other things.
Cuting pubic hair is a great idea, I thought of it aswell, but then i had some second thoughts. Since I dont want to start shaving my pubic hair so often (I shave my face evrey once in pretty long time aswell) im scared of shaving my pubic hair, but it could b great idea, I might do so.

Good to hear you can stretch any day, I’ll start doing that aswell, since im more interested in lengh.

For some reason, in my first and second day of PEing I got hard during streches and jelqs, but on the third day
I stopped getting hard from it, I guess it’s a manner of getting used to.

My routine is : 4 days on 1 day off, is that too much?
For me it’s just fine, But since people take day off evrey 3, or 2 days may be I should take stops evrey 3 days aswell.
Any way, routine:
5~ min hot wrap
lower stretch (10 secs) left stretch (10 secs) right stretch (10 secs) forward stretch (10 secs) upper stretch (10 secs) i do all these stretches for around 7-8 times (should I increase the seconds and lower the times? do less exercizes?)
jelqs: 4-5 sets of 50 jelqs (quite slow, 3-4 secs each stroke) though last time when I did the jelqs it didn’t feel right, as if im not squeezing to hard, maybe because my eraction was quite low.

then i go into shower with wrap and to bed =]

If you are a bit concerned about shaving you can do what I do, I have a beard clipper attachment on my electric shaver, just use that to have a tidy up down there. You don’t need a baby smooth finish for PE, it’s just if you have long pubes you are going to spend 20 minutes tugging on them everyday and trust me this gets uncomfortable. You only need to get rid of the hair around the base of the penis and this has the added bonus of instantly making another inch or two of your cock visible. Instant gains! On a personal note, I can’t stand getting a mouthful of pubes when I’m ‘with’ a girl, so why should she have to suffer the same fate?

This is just your wienie getting used to being touched. Initially, it thinks that the only reason you are touching it, other than to have a pee, is when you are going to have sex, or shake hands vigorously with it. You have to condition it to know when to get turned on or not.

I’d say that 4 on 1 off is probably OK, bearing in mind your routine isn’t too strenuous, but others may disagree with me (feel free), as you are a total newb. Edit: I’ve just looked at the newbie starter routine and it suggests 2 on 1 off, so maybe you will be overdoing it, but just listen to your body, if it says take a break, or if the PE is uncomfortable in any way, take a break.

The exercises look ok, although I’d change your stretches to 2 sets of each of the five stretches, lasting 30 seconds per stretch. This should have a better effect than 3 10 second stretches. As for the jelq, be careful doing it with a very low erection. If it starts to go down stop jelqing and get it a bit more erect, watch some porn, look at some pictures of lovely ladies, think dirty thoughts.
