Hi everyone,

So far I’ve been PE’ing for about a month-ish (including a week break) using the newbie routine. While I haven’t noticed any gains in erect length or girth, I think my flaccid did get a little better, I definitely have better vascularity, and for the first time in my life I started getting morning wood every so often (only so long as I didn’t masturbate the night before and got a full 8-10 hours of sleep, never got morning wood after 6hours> of sleep)..

I just have a few questions to ask of you, hopefully you can answer, thanks in advance to all help/comments.

P.s.- my main goal is to have a 5 inch flaccid, once I’m at that point I don’t really care what my erect length is..

1) how long do you have to have PE’ed for to fowfer? (In your opinion, novice exercise or for experienced PE’ers only?)

2) how often and for how long should fowfers be done? (Looked up fowfers a lot, seems like they’re less popular and less hard information on what to do with them)

3) can I fowfer on rest and PE days?

4) sometimes following a PE session, my unit feels sort of hard or “tough” even at a flaccid state, it’s almost like I can feel the two blood caverns r filled, but I’m at a flaccid state. Is this normal/ok?

5) I have a red artery on the underside of my shaft that is apparent during both flaccid and erect states (though more so during erections), is this ok/normal? Does this mean I should alter my routine in any way?

1. Anyone can fowfer. But be aware that it is ‘additional PE’ on top of what you are already doing. You can only do so much PE without over-training.

2. You will get a feel for it. It depends how hard you fowfer; if you are keeping high tension, less time; lower tension, more time. I would go with the latter for flaccid length.

3. You can fowfer everyday, but I would recommend proper rest days of no PE at all. You may find you get your best flaccid hang after a couple of days off, when repair has taken place.

4. If it feels hard, you are probably over-training, and your penis is trying to protect itself. You may find that fowfers will actually make this worse if you are already working your penis too hard.

5. As long as it isn’t irritated or inflamed by PE, it should be OK.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Just one more thing (hopefully, can’t promise :P), if you knew you would be involved in a sexual encounter at a certain date, how would you change your routine to accommodate it? Would you stop for a few days before or keep going at it etc.

Depends on the individual. If your penis is ready for action then don’t change a thing. I always like to PE… the effects are noticeable during the sex. ;)

Well I wouldn’t do a super heavy session of PE and tire my penis out if I knew I was going to ‘use’ it within a day or two, but otherwise I’d continue as normal.

We just started the same time and I already practiced fowfer for 1 week. I’m currently on it.

Just a question: is it true Fowfer works only for flaccid length?
