10 hours daily of home-office - Hanging, extender, all-day stretch?

Hey guys,

I`ve been doing the routine from Wad`s thread about the “Big gainer”, but I`m considering getting started with a more passive routine to save time.

I have easily 10 hours daily with work in my homeoffice and I`m thinking that I should take advantage of this by either hanging, extender or an ADS.

What do you guys think would be best?

I have a history with hanging, but as I remember it there was much work with just getting set up and then you had to massage the penis after every set, etc. I`m aware that this method perhaps has the most potential, but it also have the potential of interferring with my primary work in my office.

Extender is maybe less effective, but if comfortable there won`t be any problems on my partt wearing it for long hours if that is what is needed.

Monty is coming with a new vac-hanger soon so I might consider that one if it is easy to set up and don`t require too much monitoring and set up time.

Search around for some of Bib’s older threads— while working from home he did volume hanging, sometimes 8-10 hours a day [with breaks!] over something like a year. He also progressed to moderately heavy weights — you can also check our his forum at bibhanger.com .

On my days off if I can I hang for 20 minutes or so then use my vac as an ADS for about 5 hours. You could do that, only thing taking up times the first 20 minutes?

Personally I think that is a great approach— with perhaps another hanging session at the end of the day if possible.

I wish I had this much time, so I can invest it in hanging. I think hanging is your best choice. I hang using a captn’s wench PE device, and it doesn’t need a lot of time to setup. Once you put it one, which become easy after getting used to it, you just need to remove the weights and release it for 5 or 10 minutes between sets. After that you will be ready for the next set, easy, huh.

I like using an ADS first and THEN stretching instead of the other way around. By using low/moderate tension ADS first, your penis seems more stretchable than if you just throw a heavy weight on the end of your penis and stretch it. That would be like going to the gym and working out with your max right away. Ease into the stretch with an ADS and then hit it with hanging/stretching.

Just my opinion.

I hang a few sets and then switch to a hard stretching ADS.

I`m still sitting on the fence as to which method to choose.

With an ADS I could probably easily wear it 8 hours and maybe even more, if my unit can handle it. It is the most stealthy approach as well.

The thing is that even though I have the luxury of a home office, I share the house with other people. Even though I`m left alone most of the time, I have to get my clothes on each time I my room to pee or get myself water or whatever else I need.

With the Bib-hanger, I would not realistically be able to hang 8-10 hours throughout the day because of the lack of absolute privacy, but also because the set-up time would interfer to much with my work(demands serious concentration). I could however manage perhaps 6 sets daily.

I need to research the Captains Wench. Thank you for mentioning pegain. How much weight are you able to hang with this one? Anyone who have tried both this one and the Bib?

I used the Bib Starter in the past and often hung comfortably, but it required lots of setup-time and monitoring. Ideally, I need something that I can put on and off quickly. Maybe I can learn to use the Bib efficiently with more practice.

Either way I think I will wait to see the vac-hanger Monty is about to release. Perhaps that one will be exactly what I need.

How in the heck do you guys find time to hang for so long?

I believe in more weight, less time would be equivalent to less weight more time.. Time is money

It’s not a weight lifting contest. Discoloration and injuries often come from high weights. I’d much rather make my gains with less weight. As long as you get fatigue, save the extra weight for later if you need it.

I currently hang 2 kg (about 4.5 lbs), which is very comfortable. But I tried to hang about 5-6 kg, just for experiment, and it felt comfortable and could handle the weight without slipping. I didn’t tried Bib, so I can’t compare these two devices.
And you don’t have to spend the whole 8 hours hanging, you can do 5 or 6 sets and still have results. And invest the rest of the time to do some thing more discrete, so you got the best results.

Invest some thought and practice and you can become quite time efficient with a BIB. I became very fast in getting that sucker on/off. The important thing is to have all sorts of scenarios though out and rehearsed before you ever need them. I got to under 30 seconds from, “Oh crap, someone is coming to my office!”, to having my hanger off and stashed with the weights and having my pants up and fastened. Set up and tear down times can be rehearsed down to very little.

That is inspiring iamaru. You have experienced various scenarios I understand:) I simply can`t imagine anything more embarrasing than being caught hanging.

Getting it off is not the worst problem I guess, but back in the day when I used the starter myself I found myself not always being able to get it on as fast as I wanted. I`m uncut, so that might make it harder. The amount of weights used is also an issue. With heavier weights the fit needs to be perfect, but if lighter weights is used there can be some error or slippage.

I`m very tempted to just order the Bib starter and get started. Too bad I sold it back then.

The alternative is the new vac-hanger from Monty, but I`m afraid of fluid-buildup.

Do you have any advice iamaru?

Either way, I think hanging will be the meat of my new routine with at least 6 sets daily. Perhaps I eventually could add an extender.

My goals are not enormous, just 1” in length. It was hanging that gave me most of my gains, so perhaps I will get lucky once again:)

I like the fact that my GF knows, i can stand/sit hanging right beside her watching TV, shes just thinks I’m mad for doing it?
