10 hours daily of home-office - Hanging, extender, all-day stretch?
I`ve been doing the routine from Wad`s thread about the “Big gainer”, but I`m considering getting started with a more passive routine to save time.
I have easily 10 hours daily with work in my homeoffice and I`m thinking that I should take advantage of this by either hanging, extender or an ADS.
What do you guys think would be best?
I have a history with hanging, but as I remember it there was much work with just getting set up and then you had to massage the penis after every set, etc. I`m aware that this method perhaps has the most potential, but it also have the potential of interferring with my primary work in my office.
Extender is maybe less effective, but if comfortable there won`t be any problems on my partt wearing it for long hours if that is what is needed.
Monty is coming with a new vac-hanger soon so I might consider that one if it is easy to set up and don`t require too much monitoring and set up time.
