Static stretch and Hanging
I have restarted my hanging after about 9-10 days off to recover from my overtraining (plus personal scheduling conflicts). This time I am attempting to apply the merits of static stretching to hanging. I’d like any of the bigtime vets with knowledge of both (stretching & hanging).

So, I am working with a routine that is composed of 3 sessions daily, each paced about 8 hours or less from each other (AM, afternoon, and late PM) and incorporates 2 sets of 20 minutes each. I have dropped my weight back down to 5lbs (I overtrained w/ 7.5lbs BTC) and am doing it in the seated position.
My hope is that I can keep this schedule up daily. In other words, not take any off-days. That is consistent with the theory of soft tissue growth through static stretching. I do realize that this may prove to be too much for the ol’ penis and will have to abort the ‘no day off’ theory. But otherwise I do believe a 3 session per day routine will be superior to my 2 session daily routine.
But we need PE pioneers so this is my quest! I’ll post back here as things develop. hehe
