There’s no evidence that uncleanliness plays a role in the relationship between STDs and circumcision (but no evidence that it doesn't play a role either). As was brought up earlier, though, the research is still controversial. Time and further studies will tell.

I think the only connection they will find between STDs and being uncut is that guys with foreskins get laid more…..KIDDING
