Can Penis enlargement lead to these- Urgent help needed.

I recently saw some dots under my shaft I did some research and they are known as Hirsuties papillaris genitalis.

Mine arent as bad as the pics you might see in wikipedia but it still bothers me a lot. Is penis enlargement a cause of this?

Very interesting mate; from what I read, it does not seem to be very harmful. I am uncircumcised and have noticed that kind of look on my penis. However it is less visible (by a lot). I certainly don’t think penis enlargement cause that and even if it does, I would not care because it is getting a bigger penis vs. having the penis look a little bit ugly. What would you choose?

The thing is it’s very few dots right under the shaft and are not even visible unless you really look for them. I came to know that 1 in ever 3 men have it but most of them don’t even notice it therefore women would not notice it either.

Put ‘Pearly Penile Papules’ in the search here and you will find lots of threads about them. You are either prone to getting them, or you are not. PE will not cause them.

I have them as well but not to the extend that you see in wikipedia.women never noticed it :)
