Do some searching and reading here, some folks react pretty badly to Yohimbe, myself included.

I got a bottle from Rite Aid. PharmAssure brand, 112.5 mg (Standardized 8% Yohimbine - 9mg) it took only one tablet for me to want to crawl into a hole and die for about 2 hours. I know others use it without complaint though. I’ve since started experimenting with cutting the tablet in half and making sure to have a full stomach when I take it… the jury is still out though.

If the above is in a supplement at 60mg…. how much actual Yohimbine am I taking in? I don’t think a company would put 60mg of pure yohombine in at one shot.

Hmm… Wow Eroset, yeah, we are identical in ephedrine-> Yohimbine thinking. I will have to use Yohimbine one day, because I want to rid my body of the stubborn SAT that I have. There is an article by Lyle McDonald on how to remove stubborn fat and it includes Yohimbine. I can work my tolerance up of course. I’m a soldier!

Start with the lowest you can go, get a pill splittler and experiment. This shit will really mess with you if you take too much, like the others guys have said.

Interesting. I’m sure you could build up a tolerance, I would just recommend doing it slowly. I honestly couldn’t believe that just one pill made me feel that bad.

Also, as far as the strength from your Yohimbine Alkaloids question, I’d suggest not messing with anything that doesn’t spell out the actual Yohimbine content (as opposed to Yohimbe). The one I got from Rite Aid was Yohimbe Bark Powdered Extract: 112.5mg (8% Yohimbine = 9mg).

I just dug the bottle of Yohimbe that has collected dust because it was so powerful. Here are the details.

GNC Herbal Plus Standardized Yohimbe (Minimum 2% Yohimbine 9 mg)
Yohimbe Bark Extract- 450 MG
(2% Yohimbine Alkaloids= 9MG)

The last time I went into GNC, I told the saleslady if anyone comes in for Yohimbe to suggest this. This is the most potent I’ve ever taken.

If you take it with food, it isn’t going to do anything for you. For maximum effect, it should be taken on an empty stomach… same for ephedrine.

I take the Yohimine HCL which is much more pure. The herbal version (yohimbe) makes me feel ill.

Yohimine makes me horny and gives me a firmer erection. It also intensifies my orgasms.

Ephedrine causes your cock do a disappearing act, yohimine doesn’t.

Well, I can’t handle the maximum effect aparently. I can still feel it with just half a tab and some food. Maybe the Yohimine HCL would be worth a shot. It didn’t give you any of the freaky side-effects, like the shaking and sweaty shivers? Thanks.

No kidding, I haven’t touched Ephedrine in quite a while, but I did always remember my member doing the Super Turtle routine on it. It still happens on Sudafed too if I have a cold or something.
