Tiny superficial Clot approx 1mm diameter

Tiny superficial Clot approx 1mm diameter

I’m assuming from wearing a cock ring (after pumping 1x 10min session) I developed a tiny clot in a superficial vein. The clot itself is only around 1mm and the the vein it affects is even smaller again.

I can massage the clot and surrounding area and relieve the majority of the congestion but around 15 minutes later it’s back to how it was.

There’s no pain. No discomfort. No inflammation. Doesn’t affect my erections in a negative way. If it wasn’t for a slightly hardened vein I wouldn’t even know it was there.

Now I’m curious on other people’s thoughts about continuing with my pumping routine which was only started a little over a week ago? I pump between 4Hg & 5Hg and so I was thinking that maybe it could even help with the clot by expanding the vein and allow the clot to pass through or possibly even help create a new pathway for blood to bypass the clot itself.

Would like some (preferably educated) opinions.

It’s probably not a clot. Veins have valves to discourage backflow. Perhaps one of those valves cannot function properly if you’re wearing a cock ring.

From your description, it’s more likely a lymph node than a clot. You don’t say how long you have had it, which does have some bearing on the right course of action. I would wait before returning to PE: that is always the safe option, and a few days healing when needed is nothing in the course of a whole PE ‘career’.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

That’s what I’m thinking it is now because the clot is beneath a larger superficial vein and is right on the edge of where the cock ring was. Both veins are return blood flow (blue in colour).

I’ve been playing it safe so far with no PE but I’m not happy about having to stop so soon in a new routine that was showing promise. I’ve had it for a day and a half so far and the clot has gotten slightly bigger and I can no longer massage it out like before. Starting to think a valve in the vein has sealed shut from the cock ring and that’s the cause.

Is it purple? Sound like a dilated vein. There really is not much that you can do for it, just avoid placing pressure on that area.

The veins in the penis are different to elsewhere in the body. They don’t have unidirectional valves.

I never knew there were no unidirectional valves in the penis.

Is it unusual to get a pain free clot?

You usually expect some aching. Blocked lymph nodes are usually painless.
