lump under head

Hi all!

Have been doing PE for about 6 weeks and have seen some noticeable results. Today, I was doing some pretty intense stretching and when I was finished I immediately noticed some swelling on the foreskin right below the head I can feel what seems to be a fairly hard lump on the left side of the penis and is visibly swollen. Anyone else here ever had a similar experience? Or, does anyone have have a guess what it might be?
