Alot of guys are talking about head size this is my favorite head exercise

I have a nice sized dick head and I owe this mostly to this exercise my friend Hugh Jordan on the peforum made them the rage many moons ago.

Do some warm up jelqs get to full erect or dam close to it, now with you left hand get ready to grab the base with the ok sign hold, kegal your dick full of blood and clamp, now take the other hand and make the ok sign and start right above the clamped hand and jelq forward slowly to the head do this several times than release and jelq some more and than switch the hand sequence and start over. This will pump the shit out of your head. This is a dangerous exercise and newbies should use caution or you could blow a “o” ring.

I have been doing these ever since I started jelqing way back when. Thats probsbly why I head is pretty big. Newbies absorb this knowledge :D

I do these and they’re effective no question. My dick gets mad veiny and I release alot of pressure because of fear. There’s no real way to determine max. pressure without blowing a gasket for me.

Do you guys do the same?

be careful they are intense MFers, but very effective. That’s what I do also if the pressure feels to hard I let go.

Hmmm… I consider my penis to be decently conditioned in terms of taking abuse from girth work/pressure building exercises, so how many reps/ jelqs do you do before you switch hands?

… and how many do you do before you end your HJ session?

I do about 5 than switch hands, I do maybe about 5 sets with each hand, in between I do erect jelqing with other squeezes like modified horses and modified bends. After a set of squeezes I alway go back to jelqing.

I used to perform these back in late 2002 and they definitely increased my head size. They work pretty well without lube too, although as always take it slow and listen to your body.

Yeah, I only do them with lube, but I also do them nice and slow do get a major burn going.

You will like them, they have been a staple of my pe for some time now, I wish Hughjordan was still posting he was a great guy, but he was getting to big for his wife and stopped.

Hey, I have been trying to do this exercise but I have always had the problem of getting “too” hard when erect, When I am erect fully, there is no possible way that I can get more blood in my penis or move the blood around inside it.

It hurts if I try because I am too solid, what can I do? I seriously need to increase headsize.
