Hi

Was using an extender for first time for about an hour. Next day 4 hours with 1 hour break in the middle.

No PE experience beforehand. Off the shelf extender.

Didn’t pay attention to the clock on the second day, hence 4 hours in total with 1 hr break.
Probably extending to my flaccid stretched. Te body of the penis was tight during stretching - there was definitely tension applied.

After the session penis turtled and no erections.

1 day after: No pain in flaccid state and I can’t get erect. Penis is turtling.
2 day after: Some very mild pain and discomfort in flaccid state, but erection if I try to get one is quite painful, basically drops after it starts. Nothing is visible on the penis, no external injury, no hematomas, looks normal flaccid.
3-4 days after: No erections, no pain generally in flaccid state. Mild discomfort in flaccid state.
4-10 days after: Have noticed that I get an occasional erection at night, maybe 2 during this period. One nightly erection on day 7 seemed ok but I was really sleepy going to the bathroom can’t remember details.

Now its 10 days after and I can only get to a half-erection and cannot really keep it.

Has anyone has advice or was in a similar situation? Don’t even think I stretched that hard, but 10 days is quite a long period.

Prior to extending have you done any other forms of PE, what is your experience?

Prior to this incident, what has been your typical erection quality and what has been your typical erection frequency?

Right now, just rest and no PE.

Yes staying away from PE for the last 10 days.

Prior to the incident erection quality has been fine. Erection frequency is hard to quantify but was there when I needed it. Generally if I had to guess - would say that it was on the middle-low end of the bell curve for frequency.

As Patrik mentioned, the newbie routine is a great way to get your cock acquainted with the forces applied in PE.

You mentioned using an “off the shelf extender”, can you tell us more about what type of extender it is? Does it use springs to apply force? If so, are there index lines on the rods for indicating load as the springs compress?

We want to know what level of tension you were applying.

As you now know, try not to exceed an hour before taking a break when using strap or noose style attachment methods. This allows one to get blood flow back to the glans.

Continue to rest and if you continue to have issues then you might want to consult a doctor.

Well, I was sort of trying to follow the manufacturer’s recommendation. 1hr/day1, 2hrs/day2, etc.

It is a noose type extender. Actually it has many ways to connect but I tried the noose and it was holding fine.

It has springs, and it is rated quite high either 3500 or 4500g. However the extender was always at 4 index lines for me. Think I may be misunderstanding it, but in a way don’t think I could really overcome the springs tension and compress them. So they were fully extended for me. However it was alright in a sense that when the extender is fully extended (not compressed) it got me to my flaccid length + 1cm more or less.

Don’t think there were any blood flow issues. I took 10m breaks per hour, wasn’t feeling too cold there and warmth returned quite quickly on those days I was extending.

I’ll take another week of rest and monitor.

I ve stated many times that noose extenders should be banned cause they are very dangerous.

Now as you may have understood extending in the 2nd day 2h sets X2 was the most dangerous move you could do.

Also when you are newbie the rest between sets should be at least 60 mins… so unfortunately you did everything wrong.

The newbie extending guy should start with 30 mins sets and this is with STRAP(that are a lot safer than the noose).

And as the glans are getting more and more conditioned under hypoxia then he should reach progressively to 60mins sets and NEVER more than that.(As Little Engine stated too).

Also as you are getting more and more conditioned through the months…. you can decrease PROGRESSIVELY the breaks BUT never less than 15 mins.

I am happy to report that I am back to fully functional.

Took about 4 weeks. I may have lost some length, maybe 0.5cm, not sure about this and whether it makes sense or not, or whether it will recover. Not sure about the newbie routine recommended above, it includes jelqs which I have read, also on this forum, can contribute to a condition of extra blood outflow (leak) during erections. Maybe some mild extender such as phallosan is better for me, but I think I want to wait another couple of months.

Purchase a good extender like the Penimaster and start extending.

But this time use correct progressions.

Not 1h the first day and 4h the second day.

Start with 1h and every 10 days add 1 more h.
