Howdy everyone!

It’s a great pleasure to join the community and to finally be able to freely talk to others about this journey and all the good and bad that comes with it.
Even tho it’s the first time that I’m actually joining a PE forum and reaching out to others, it’s not the first time I hear about PE. I have tried it for a month or two when I was in high school and now, almost 10 years later, being more patient and mature I figured I should give it another go. I found out about the forum last night and decided I should actually do this, still need to get a proper ruler to track my progress as I can acknowledge that seeing your progress is probably one of the best feelings you get from this and I’ll also make sure to make a thread on the Progress Reports with Pictures forum so that it may inspire others to take the challenge (much confidence uh?) and to also give me some insight of how things are going.

So, I guess it would be nice to give you guys some information on why I’m doing this, I have never really had any partner complain about my size or make me question if I’m too small down there but I’m certain that being a bit bigger would bring me more confidence and increase my self-esteem and this is the main reason why I’m committing to PE.

I have just measured myself (only length as I don’t have a proper ruler that I can use for girth) and it seems that my BPEL is roughly around 16.5CM or 6.5” which actually surprises me as I thought I was way smaller than that.
I would say that my goal for BPEL is to reach at least 8” which would be around 20CM.. As for girth I don’t have any clue of how much I have so I cannot set a proper goal yet.

I have decided that maybe a way to go about my routine would be doing 3 different exercises/practices. I would like to hear your opinions and suggestions because I’m pretty certain most of you know way much more than I do.
As I mentioned above, I tried PE (manual jelqing) for 1-2 months when I was in high school so that’s something I’m already familiar with so this is what I’m planning to do:

Morning:
100-200 Jelqs
10-20 mins of weight hanging

Wear an extender throughout the day (roughly 8 hours?)

Night:
10-20 mins of weight hanging
100-200 Jelqs

I still have to buy an extender and a weight hanging device but that would be it (I’ve tried to look up the hanging device on Aliexpress but couldn’t really find anything - am I missing something?).
What is your opinion on this routine? Shall I change something? As I mentioned I’m relatively new to all this so I can definitely use some help!

Good luck on your journey hope you can achieve your goals. I started out roughly the same size you did about a month ago. (still a newbie too) :) To me less is more, do your research around here read as much as you can. No need to rush, P.E certainly takes patience.

I am still doing my first newbie routine and I would highly recommend it. It’s the Linear Newbie Routine.

Also if you’re looking to buy a hanger I’d recommend the bib starter, I did my research on hanging and ended up buying that one. I haven’t gotten into hanging yet since I don’t find it necessary but I think its a good choice.

Thank you so much for your reply.. Ever since I found the forum a couple days ago I’ve been doing lots of research, kind of getting addicted haha.
I’ll certainly follow the newbie routine as well at least until my stuff arrives (I’m buying most of it from Aliexpress so I’d guess it will take a month or so)..

I also came across Titleist thread in the meantime and was wondering if pumping is something recommended around here.. If I got it right he got most of his gain from pumping + clamping (would be great if someone could confirm this) and I’d love to have some extra information about it.. In case I decide to go down the pumping route, shall I get an air pump or water pump? I have also read somewhere that pumping is mostly for girth increase, won’t it slow down the length increase process? (I guess if that’s the case I’d rather focus on length first and then girth)

Tomorrow I’ll be increasing the jelqs to 200 so that it matches the suggested amount in the newbie routine (which should end up being around 10 minutes of jelqing).

EDIT: I just realized that I’m doing the Newbie Routine twice a day (well, I was doing 100 jelqs in the morning and 100 at night which made the full routine) while I’m pretty sure the routine is only meant to be done once a day. Personally I enjoy doing both in the morning and at night but now I’m worried if I might be pushing it too far. Shall I just stick to one of the sessions or shall I keep going and keep an eye on PI and reduce if necessary?

Daily update..

Today I cut off the night routine as I was over training by doing the routine twice a day.

Morning:
10 min warm up with rice sock
10 min jelqing
5 min stretching (30 seconds stretches)
5 min warm down
50 kegels (5 seconds each)

Afternoon:
50 kegels (5 seconds each)

50 kegels (5 seconds each)

Quick update..
This past week I haven’t been able to come over to the forum but I’ve been doing my routine.
I took 2 days off for resting and all the other days I followed the regular Newbie Routine as follows:

5 minutes warm up
5 minutes stretching
10 minutes jelqing
5 minutes warm down

Keep doing what your doing for at the very least 3 months until deciding to use devices. Take advantage of the newbie gains. Also, just because it is the β€œnewbie” routine, does not mean it doesn’t yield great results. Take your time and it will pay off. Your routine right now looks good, keep it up.

Thank you for your message! I won’t be using devices anytime soon except for a heating pad to make the warm-up process easier.
I’ll be measuring myself once a month to have an idea of the gains I’m getting from the Newbie Routine and wasn’t going to slow down until I hit a plateau.

I was considering getting a silicon sleeve to put it on right after the workout as a way to try to improve the gains, is this something you’d recommend or shall I just do the normal thing and don’t worry about anything else?

Quick update.. For the past 5 days I’ve been continuing with the daily routine and only took one day off to rest.
This next week I’ll be going abroad with a couple friends so I’ll be a bit more limited in terms of routine..
I’m pretty confident I can easily stretch, never tried dry jelqing so not sure how that’s going to be but what’s worrying me the most is warming up as I don’t have a heat pad yet.

Anyways.. Here follows the routine I’ve been doing:
5 min warm up
10 minute stretching (5 min of which is made by 2x up, down, right, left and straight out and another 5 mins of me just constantly moving it in different directions while stretching)
10 minute jelqing
5 min warm down

I’m starting to feel it bigger when flaccid and it doesn’t shrink as much during the day (I’m guessing it’s getting more blood flow)

I just came back home yesterday.. Unfortunately I couldn’t manage to do my PE sessions while I was away due to lack of privacy as mentioned. I was only capable of doing a small stretching session at the middle of the week and that was it.

Yesterday I already went back to the Newbie Routine after 6 days of not being able to do it so hopefully this won’t be much of a problem.

Just a quick update as I haven’t been doing it daily..
I’ve been following the Newbie Routine religiously except for kegels, I completely forgot about those ever since I came back.

I’m currently doing 5 days on 2 days off as I have more privacy during the week and it’s easier for me to simply take the weekend off.

Here follows the routine:
5 min warm up
10 minute stretching (up, down, right, left and straight out 30 seconds each)
10 minute jelqing (anywhere between 200 and 300 jelqs depending on how fast I jelq)
5 min warm down

Today marks 1 month that I started my PE journey and so I have decided to take my first measurements.. I’m still not entirely sure if I’ll be doing this in a monthly basis or if I’ll do it every 2-3 months but I was curious to know what has changed given the fact that it was my very first month and I could feel different already.
So, before the measurements, it’s important to say that during this month I was out of the country for a week where I entirely stopped PE due to lack of privacy (I was staying at a friend’s house) and so it’s more accurate to say I’ve been at it for 3 active weeks.
Anyways, in my very first post I mentioned that I was starting with around ~16.5 CM (6.5”) BPEL. However, after measuring I couple more times I noticed that was incorrect and I was actually ~16.00 CM (6.3”) BPEL. That’s the value I set in my signature but I never posted about it here.

This being said here’s my initial stats and correspondent progress - it’s important to say that I didn’t do any PE exercise for the past 2 days (days off):

I’m extremely happy for my gains, I’d say they kind of meet the expectations I had at beginning but after I was unable to do PE for that entire week I told myself that it should have certainly slowed down my gains so taking this into account my expectations were actually surpassed. I don’t really care much about the girth gains as I’m mostly focusing on length now but it’s still nice to see some gains in there.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the progress so far, I’ve been feeling bigger when flaccid, my erections have been much much stronger - always pointing up to the ceiling (I’m 26 so I guess it’s still normal).
All I’ve been doing is the newbie routine once a day in case you’re wondering, nothing else.

I’m focused and determined to take on the long-term journey. Slow and steady wins the race ;)
