No problem Unidentifiedpsl, I have my 2nd IR lamp arriving in the mail as we speak, only because the 1st one was too bulky and immobile for long duration PE purposes. It was very effective at warming up the tissues though. Good luck to you as well!

Here’s another update..
The last 2 weeks of December (pretty much since I posted here) were pretty busy.. I had family staying over every day, lunches, dinners, gatherings, etc and didn’t manage to keep my PE exercises consistent.. I’d say I did them possibly like once or twice each week but I’ll still look at it as if I took a 2 weeks break.

This Monday I picked up on it again and have been doing it consistently.. Today will be my last exercise for the week and then I’ll rest during the weekend.

I also took measurements at the 1st of January (as I’m measuring every month at the first day of the month) and these were the gains I got:
📏 Start: [01/11/2019] ➡ BPEL: 16.00 CM / 6.30” MSEG: 11.5 CM / 4.50”
✏️ Past: [01/12/2019] ➡ BPEL: 16.50 CM / 6.50” MSEG: 11.7 CM / 4.60”
📍 Today: [01/01/2020] ➡ BPEL: 16.75 CM / 6.59” MSEG: 12.0 CM / 4.72”
