UnidentifiedPSL Progress Report

Howdy everyone!

It’s a great pleasure to join the community and to finally be able to freely talk to others about this journey and all the good and bad that comes with it.
Even tho it’s the first time that I’m actually joining a PE forum and reaching out to others, it’s not the first time I hear about PE. I have tried it for a month or two when I was in high school and now, almost 10 years later, being more patient and mature I figured I should give it another go. I found out about the forum last night and decided I should actually do this, still need to get a proper ruler to track my progress as I can acknowledge that seeing your progress is probably one of the best feelings you get from this and I’ll also make sure to make a thread on the Progress Reports with Pictures forum so that it may inspire others to take the challenge (much confidence uh?) and to also give me some insight of how things are going.

So, I guess it would be nice to give you guys some information on why I’m doing this, I have never really had any partner complain about my size or make me question if I’m too small down there but I’m certain that being a bit bigger would bring me more confidence and increase my self-esteem and this is the main reason why I’m committing to PE.

I have just measured myself (only length as I don’t have a proper ruler that I can use for girth) and it seems that my BPEL is roughly around 16.5CM or 6.5” which actually surprises me as I thought I was way smaller than that.
I would say that my goal for BPEL is to reach at least 8” which would be around 20CM.. As for girth I don’t have any clue of how much I have so I cannot set a proper goal yet.

I have decided that maybe a way to go about my routine would be doing 3 different exercises/practices. I would like to hear your opinions and suggestions because I’m pretty certain most of you know way much more than I do.
As I mentioned above, I tried PE (manual jelqing) for 1-2 months when I was in high school so that’s something I’m already familiar with so this is what I’m planning to do:

Morning:
100-200 Jelqs
10-20 mins of weight hanging

Wear an extender throughout the day (roughly 8 hours?)

Night:
10-20 mins of weight hanging
100-200 Jelqs

I still have to buy an extender and a weight hanging device but that would be it (I’ve tried to look up the hanging device on Aliexpress but couldn’t really find anything - am I missing something?).
What is your opinion on this routine? Shall I change something? As I mentioned I’m relatively new to all this so I can definitely use some help!
