I am stuck on the same size for 3 months now.
I am not sure if even i got a little drawback…
And this 5” in girth “barrier” that I cannot overcome is really basting my balls!

I will stay off for 3-4 days and rethink my routine. I am using a bathmate and I will quit that also for some time.
I guess i will go back to manual excersise….

How long has it been since you gave yourself 2 weeks off?

I had two times of 1 week off in these last 3 months because of buisness trips.
My program is not so intensive (2on 1off) so I don’t think that tiring is my problem.

One big change is that I’ve stoped the gym since September and so I must not have the best blood circulation (I have high cholisterole).
My diet is a little crappier since then also…

But I started doing some work out at home since Monday and I will try to work on my diet also…
Pff 24 hours are simply not enough!

Everyone hits plateaus. After PE of a year or so, I gained just over a half inch in length and about the same in girth and the gains pretty much stopped. So I’ve been doing a lengthening routine posted a few years back by a member named Cervix Hunter for the last month or so. If I knew how to post a link to it I would, but I don’t know how. I’m a bit technologically challenged..

Anyway, the routine involves a total of 15 minutes of straight out stretches as follows: 10 second stretch then rest five seconds and repeat for a total of 15 minutes. I’ve lately been doing 15 second stretches with five seconds in between which has been even better.

After the first stretching session, you measure your BPFSL with a ruler. This represents your maximum BPFSL and is now your baseline moving forward. For your next session, you take a clothes pin and attach it to the ruler at your maximum BPFSL from the previous session. You’ll find that when you start the stretching routine this time you’ll probably be a little short of your maximum BPFSL. But you’ll also find that as you go through the routine and periodically measure, your BPFSL will gradually increase and you’re getting closer and closer to that clothes pin on the ruler which represents your maximum stretched length. When you are able to reach your max within ten minutes of starting your stretches, move that ruler forward to the next increment and you now have a new baseline.

As long as you measure the same way every time you can actually see your BPFSL increasing week by week. I like that about this routine because it’s quantifiable to some extent and you can actually see yourself making gradual gains. And the pros here say that BPFSL gains often precede gains in BPEL.

After the fifteen minutes of stretching, you then do ten minutes or so of jelqing, with a very light grip. I do dry jelqs at a low erection level, say 20 to 30%, which is also good for length. And the jelqing gets the blood flowing back into your unit and is good for your EQ.

With a five minute warm up, the whole routine takes about a a half hour which is great. I’ve been doing five days on, two days off.

Since doing this routine for a month or so, I’ve gained nearly a quarter of an inch in BPEL which is great considering how I had hit a plateau up to that point.

Give this routine a try. I think you’ll like it.

Dry jelqing.

Cut the reps in half of what you were doing on wet ones. That’ll do I think.

Change something, mix it up a little. Give the penis something that is not used to do.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

So fucking irritating..
changed my program to only manual exercises and 1 and a half month later i got something like 0.05” in length but i lost a little in girth…

Wtf? Besides some basic stretching I only do dry jelqs….

I want girth… you shitty… progress!!

Oh man, if I were in your shoes, gaining 0.5”, I could already retire in length department.

What exactly did you do?
Did you use Cervix Hunters routine (some finer details)?

Then: 6.5 BPEL | 5.5 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

Now: 8.11 BPEL | 7.24 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

Aiming for: 20cm+ BPEL with low EQ (= still usable for sex EQ), 6.0 MSEG & BEG!, so the goal is: 8.1'' | 7.2'' x 6.0! || My journal

As I said in an earlier post, I highly recommend the routine of Cervix Hunter for those like yourself who hit plateaus.

I’ve been doing this routine for a couple of months and I’ve gained at least .25” in length in that time frame. I started this routine at 7.4 BPEL and I measured 7.7 just yesterday.

Highly recommended for those seeking length gains.
