Results of my routine and details of it from 5.9x4.7 to 7.3x5.9

Summarized numbers:

Started jelqing: May 6th 2014
Current date: August 25th 2014
Measures when started: 15cm length x 12cm girth (5.9 x 4.7 inches)
Current measures: 18.5cm x 15cm (7.3 x 5.9 inches)
Final goal: 21cm x 16.5cm (8.3 x 6.5 inches)

Detailed routine:

NOTICE: My technique is very different from what I usually see around here. I experimented a lot with my body to find what suited me best but be warmed that many will find that I’m exaggerating.
I do a lot more jelqs in numbers but they are faster than the usual (taking about 1sec per jelq).
Please listen to your body and respect your own limits! I want to share my routine, not to injure anyone.

For the first month – jelqing 4 days, resting one;
From the second month onward – jelqing 5 days, resting two
I always warm up for ten minutes using a hot water bag and always take a 10min shower after jelqing.

I started with 300 jelqs/day in the first week, then 600 jelqs/day for the first and second months. Currently I do 700 jelqs a day but, in the last day of each week I push it a little harder and do 1200 jelqs.

I don’t alternate hands every jelq. Instead I run series of 100 jelqs with each hand. I found that way to work better with me since the hand not jelqing can hold the blood in the penis more accurately.

In the middle of June I had a two week break and had I second break in the beginning of August. Such breaks gave me time to rest and during the breaks I gained a little girth.

During a few weeks I experimented with a penile ring. The gains were greatly increased but it felt like I was damaging something so I quit this habit.

I also started pulling my penis upward a little when jelqing. Although it is not curved, I wanted to make it face a little upward so its head (which faces a little downward) won’t look so strange and, also, many women around here (Brazil) stated that they prefer penises facing upwards due to the increased ability to hit their G spots. I got the results I wanted and now my penis faces just a little upward and the head looks perfectly normal.
Other thing I managed to to was to better distribute my penis’ girth. It was thicker in the middle (same girth as its head) and, by alternating the amount of pressure I use during each jelq I now have almost the same girth in my penis’ extension, with its head being thicker.
I used rings to push my balls downwards during two weeks so they wouldn’t look small comparing to the penis. They got bigger and a little lowers the exact amount I aimed for.

Important things to have in mind:
After a while I started feeling more sensitive when having intercourse with my fiancee, and as a consequence I had to focus more intensely to avoid a premature ejaculation. I was almost giving up jelqing, thinking that it was making me way too sensitive and maybe it was damaging something, but soon I realized that the added sensitivity was due to the increased girth, which makes me feel like my girl is tighter, when the fact is that I am using more “space” so this is totally natural.
In the days I jelq I don’t masturbate. It is a nice way to experiment with your body and also gives you a better control of your erection.
Speaking of erection, I do ¾ 90% hard jelqs and ¼ totally hard jelqs.
That’s it. I’ll post some new information as the process goes.

What do you mean by this? Are you holding a grip at the base of the penis with one hand while jelqing with the other hand?

Regarding your routine:
Do you jelq dry or wet?
Do you kegel between jelqs?
How do you kegel when totally hard? When I’m completely hard I can’t move anything around in there.
Do you watch porn while doing the routine? The high frequency jelquing seems to have a negative effect on my temporary EQ.
How much of your gains can be attributed to improved EQ?

Just in case: How have women responded to the change in size? Congrats on very impressive gains!

Its about 1 inch on both sides. Considering he might not had 100% eq before start its very possible..

Sorry it took a while for me to answer, I’m not around the computer very often.

@Vincent_Vega – yes, I’m holding the base of the penis with the index and thumb of the free hand.

@Brainhans – I started taking pictures after gaining the first 1cm but, hey, I’m not here to convince anyone, I’m just sharing my unorthodox routine :) - and remember that, being not usual, it is not widely tested.

I always do wet jelqs and use coconut oil as lube. So far no kegels (I tried a few days but found it very difficult to master). But I’ll venture with ‘em again if the rhythm of the gaining process decreases a lot.

During the first weeks I would watch some porn, but now I find easier to keep the desired amount of erection if I just jelq in my room with no porn or other influence (and also I’m trying to quit porn and I’m studying yoga/tantra).

I guess that at least 1cm comes from the enhanced EQ, maybe 1.5cm but I can’t really say I have a way to be sure.

@Sr. Spock and @dickerschwanz – The gains are as I stated, however, the first 2cm in length were much easier (faster) to get than the last 1.5 and it was during the experimentation period with the penile ring it it DID hurt me.

Also, I have just twice had the red dots on the head, when I added much pressure to the jelqs AND was using the ring. Oh, and during 10 days I didn’t warm up and it looked like there were no gains at all, so I assume the warm up is very important to my body.

I really think that the process will get exponentially slower but, what the heck, it’s nice doing it anyway and there’s no rush I guess.

I’m a very thin guy (1,77cm high and 50kg, sorry but I don’t know how to convert it to the American standards) but my body is very easily shaped.

Guys, I’m not trying to make anyone believe me. There’s nothing to prove anything, but somethings to be stated.

.First of all, browsing through the forums here I found other people with similar progresses and many of them with pictures taken along the way, so I’m not some freak or something :)

.My personal way of jelqing is the result of a deep research in this forum during many weeks when I cataloged the most interesting posts regarding progress and health aspects, many of them being as “unbelievable” as mine, and then I studied each case to figure out, according to my judgment, what was real and what wasn’t and, most important, I experimented with my body focusing in reading my response and not in doing whatever other people said it would be healthier or not. Feel free to do the same.

Just remember, there are different bodies, diets, habits, etc. There are only two people benefiting from my body – me and my fiancee. I guess that’s enough for me to just report my routine and that’s exactly what I’m doing.

Anyway, I’ll be back in a few weeks with more data.

I believe you. If you tune into oyur body and are very attentive like you seem to be and stick to a routine much is possible.
The rate of gain is normal when you hit the right amount. I gained about an inch in length in the same time frame with dedicated length exercises.
Before that I did only from time to time and were all over the place which didnt work.

Most people need first some time to hit the right intensity and exercises which enable them to gain and some hit them right away with OPs results.

How was your erection quality before you started PE? ….and how old are you?

I’m 28 years old. I’m vegan and, while not saying that the diet itself has something to do with my overall health, in my routine exams cholesterol numbers are always good, my blood pressure is normally a little bellow the average (11 by 5) and, well, I don’t know if any of these things matter, but it’s always nice to provide more information.
When I stopped eating meat, many years ago, I lost some of the quality of erection, getting to have insufficient erection rates during some months. My body slowly got used to my new diet but I never got back to the old standards (of course, age may have something to do with it). Before PE-ing I would get like 90~92% erection rate most of the time and sometimes as little as 85%. Now it goes like 95~100% so I see it as a great improvement and, of course, some of the size gain comes from it.

@ Spock – I did my research. Do yours. If my routine doesn’t fit your belief, as I said, feel free to just ignore it. Remember that Thunder Place goes way back almost to the beginning of the internet, so don’t be afraid to browse old topics.

PE is still a topic that carries much disagreement and a lot of researches need to be done. If you read all the details I wrote so far you’ll see that there’s a lot of factors involved but, again, what am I trying to prove?

I don’t have a lot of personal experience with gaining girth so I can’t comment on that, but I believe matching the right routine to the right person, one can certainly exceed normal expectation. It seems like you have done just that.
