So I’ve finally attained 5.5 girth and also have 7.6 BP to go along with it. I started out at 7.5x5.5. Due to my length and personal experience using it during sex I decided to only go for girth. I started out by jelqing for 6 months and gained .1 girth. I wasn’t satisfied with my growth so I started clamping 5 days a week with 2 days off. Went from 5.2 to 5.3 in about 4 months. I changed up my clamping routine to 1 day 1-2 days off. I gained about .2 inches of girth in 3 weeks. I also gained .1 inch in length. I have been a long time lurker and I finally decided to post since I have a question. If I continue clamping do I have to worry about gaining length?

I don’t think you can normalize what the gains will be. I see some people saying they lost length, gained length and gained nothing but girth. I think you will have to experiment and see how your body responds because everyone is different. I definitely think you’ve found the right clamping cadence. 1 on to 1-2 days off. Okay I see that I put that I started out at 7.5x5.5. I meant 7.5x5.1. Thanks for the reply! I think I’ll shoot for 5.75 mseg and cross my fingers that I don’t gain much more in length!
