Pumping only routine

I’ve tried jelqing stretching hanging for months at a time and gained nothing from it. I started pumping last year and had a stint where I gained a temporary 0.2 inch in length that lasted 3 weeks. I started pumping high pressure and ended up losing those gains. I’m going to give pumping one last shot since it’s the only thing that showed some sort of result for me. If this doesn’t work nothing will and I will quit PE. I’m using a 1.75 inch cylinder from LA Pump. I will be very satisfied if I can gain 0.5 inch in length.

My routine will be 3 sets of 15 minute at 5 HG. 1 day on 1 day off. I will measure every monday to see if I gained.

Today is day 1.

Thanks, are your gains from pumping?

Could you tell us more about your previous jelq and hanging routines? I am not confident that pumping by itself will provide you the permanent gain that you are looking for.

What were some of your routines? It sounds like you were inconsistent because how would you lose .2 in 3 weeks unless you stopped PE? You must cement your gains or you WILL lose them.

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth Just gained 1/16 again with clamping! I’m measuring 7.5 sporadically!

Goal 9 x 6

Pumping is not the most effective means to gain length. Hanging and extending are more effective. Pumping is a very effective way to gain girth. I recommend adding a weekly 45minute session at 4 hg.

I’ve tried stretching routine 10 minutes a day, 1 minute per set. No gain. I tried jelqing, 30 minute a day, no gain. I tried hanging with a lg hanger, got up to 10 lbs for 1 hr per day. No gains, actually temporarily destroyed my EQ and made me a bit smaller. I tried pumping last year 1 15 minute set at 5 hg. It was the first time I ever seen gains although they were temporary. My dick was 0.15 - 0.2 inch longer than my original size for about 3 weeks and then I lost it because I got over zealous and started pumping up to 15 hg and that destroyed my EQ. When I stopped and let it heal. I shrunk back to my original size. Put it this way, pumping was the only method that showed any signs of change for my penis. I measure my penis 5 times a day so I know it was real.

I jelqed 30 minutes per day - no gain

I hanged 1 - 2 hr per day at 10- lbs - no gain, actually experienced temporary shrinkage.

I pumped 15 minutes per day at 5 hg last year and gained a temporary 0.2 inch in length, then I got over zealous and started pumping at 15 hg and lost all my gains.

pumping is my only option, it is the only method that showed any signs of changes to my penis even though temporary. As you can see from my join date, I’ve tried different methods for 3 years and seen 0 gains. I had a extender from x4 labs and a LG hanger, both of them destroyed my EQ and gave me a limp and skinny dick that lasted for 2 weeks with 0 gains.

I’d start pumping again consistently at 3hg for 10 min sets and add a minute every week. Try every other day or a 2 on one off routine. Stay away from high pressures and wrap a heating pad around the tube. Monitor you PIs and reduce volume if they go negative. Sounds like you are sensitive to overtraining like me.

Really solid advice. It’s easy to over train, even after 3 years if you haven’t found that sweet spot. You know it worked at 5hg, now just work up to it, get accustomed and go from there.

Keep up the good work

It’s been 6 weeks since I started the routine, I’ve been extremely consistent with a 1 day on 1 day off schedule, pumping at exactly 5 hg for 3 sets of 10 minutes. I originally wanted to do 3 sets of 15 minutes but I’m pressed for time so I opted for 3 x 10 minutes since day one. Anyways I measured today and I didn’t seem to gain anything. I guess I will measure again next month.

I’ve been pumping for 9 weeks now and I had to start on 10 minutes at 3 inHg (otherwise I would overtrain already), 2 on 1 off.

Just like you I don’t have anything to report yet (minor gains of 2mm length which might be from fat loss or some other random factor). Just keep at it!

Its been over a month since my last update, I’m still following the same routine, stayed consistent. So I measured today and seemed to be about 0.15 inch longer than my usual length. But my measurements fluctuates alot. Can’t call this a real gain yet. I will consider it a real gain if I measure 0.25 inches longer than my starting length. Anyways I will measure again next month.
