Hard to say what gave me most of my girth gains. I was doing a clamping and pump routine when I got most of my girth.

well pumping is my only option, I’ve tried everything under the sun as far as PE goes, jelqing, manual stretching, hanging and extending. None of them gave me any gains, not even temporary gains. They all caused me low erection quality and temporary decrease in length. Pumping is the only method that has shown positive results although temporary for now. But this is my last resort so I will stick with it.

Measured again today, extremely frustrated because my gains were gone, only a hair longer than my starting point, whenb just last week I was measuring an all time high with almost a 0.25 length gain but it wasn’t there today. But I will continue the routine and check again next month.

So I was bored and decided to measure again today, bad news, I reverted back to my starting size even though I have been consistent with my routine. I’m discouraged and confused because I can’t figure out why or how I lost my gains. The only thing I can think of is cylinder positioning.

You’re rushing it and I “think” you’re going harder than your cock is ready for. You seem like a driven intense individual and you are not listening to your PI’s. All the other methods you explored caused bad PI’s so you’re writing them off and trying something different but it’s giving you a negative PI is well and you’re not listening. Plan on it taking two years for you to see gains that you will enjoy a lot. And stop measuring every week or two or month or so and pay attention to what your dick is telling you…it’s turtling and giving you smaller measurements so you’re pushing too hard.PE it’s not hard but conquering your own obsessive personality will be hard or you’re never going to get anything out of this. I have a friend just like you he keeps yanking and tugging and over pumping and milking and twisting so hard that he ends up with spots and bruises and turtling and poor EQ and he just won’t fucking listen to me. And I take it slow and easy and look at what’s happened to me check my stats. I want the best for you brother. Back off and be more patient.

I think you are pushing too much. I found when I overdo it, I will turtle a bit.

Thanks for the advice, your gains are very impressive. I totally understand that I shouldn’t push too hard but the problem is the routine was working decently before last week and I haven’t change anything but in the past week I just suddenly lost my gains. How is that possible when I haven’t add in any extra sets or pressure?

Not all erections are created equal. By that I mean many things can and will affect your erections, even if they all seem to be at 100% hardness. A .15 inch difference may be a gain, may be a loss, but most likely is just a bit of variation in your erection quality. And the measurements you perceive as “lost length” are most likely caused by nothing more than your anxiety about seeing gains when you measure. You need to chill. You need to chill waaaaaaay out. Everything from your workouts, to your frequency of measuring, to how much importance you place on measurable gains indicates a real pattern of “self-sabotage”. Again, chill.

You’re so negative and anxious about PE that you will not gain so much for sure.

Gotta change your mindset more than your penis.

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

This process is cumulative. What works fine for a while eventually hits the breaking point and shows up as a negative PI. Then you rest a few days and start back again.

haven’t updated in a while but at my max erection I measured a hair under a 0.25 inch gain in the past few weeks, like 0.23 inch. Not sure if this is a temporary gain, hopefully not. If i can reach a 0.5 inch gain I will be very happy. wish me luck guys.
