Hello,

So I just started PE and wanted to make a journal to track my progress, keep myself accountable as well as get inputs from everyone on my routine.

Current:
BPEL - 4.5
EG Base - 4.25
EG Mid - 4.0

Current Routine: C-Jelq 15 minutes.

I don’t have a lot of time so I plan on skipping the heat warm-up for now and see how it goes. I usually try to squeeze in the workout first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up and got a boner.

You’ll get more out of your jelqs if you half the time you’re spending on them and spend that time on heat. That’s the honest truth.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

@Thoughtfulgold thanks for the advice. I’ll add 5 minutes warm-up to the routine. What do you think about applying heat at the end of the routine? Is that necessary?

Yes…warming down, especially early in your PE endeavors has more value to it so I would if I were you. Good form and heat matter more than raw repetitions at this point.

Update and Advice needed.

So it has been approximately 2 and a half months. I haven’t gotten any concrete or permanent gains so far. There are several sessions where I felt my guy was feeling more plump but that’s about the extent of my progress. EQ is also the same, maybe slightly better. How should I modify my routine going forward?

My current routine:
5 minutes warm up
Jelq for 50-60 reps, about 10-20 minutes
Stretch
Warm down for 5 minutes

1 day on 1 day off

**Note: I stretch afterwards because if I stretch before, usually my member is too tired to stay semi erect. I usually make sure to massage my penis during warm up though.
**I’m a little worried my grip might be too tight. We’ve all heard of the death grip masturbation that could lead to desensitization. Anyone ever had any problem with desensitization from PE?

Well you aren’t listening to your penis.

If you stretch before and you’re too tired to stay erect…then just minimize the routine. The reason you haven’t gained is because you’re describing severe fatigue from your routine instead of light fatigue. Sounds like you’re overdoing it. Stretching first makes tissue more pliable. If you can only do about 20 or less jelqs after the stretching…then let it be at 20. You don’t have to reach a minimum to see gains.
