Hello gents.

I’ve never had reason to be unhappy with my size. That said, I still always had in the back of my mind that everyone else had a larger penis and I was merely average. In the last several years I managed to mentally decondition myself and accept the fact that I am comfortably above average with a starting size of 7” BPEL and 4.5” MSEG.

After my son was born, I spent 5 years getting fit and building up muscle mass. At 41, I’m in better shape than ever in my life. Around this time I finally began admitting to myself that a muscular physique and a big cock is a turn on for me. Sex has gotten way better since reclaiming my body, and I decided to embark on a PE journey just to see what happens.

It’s a little over a year later and I’ve seen definite gains, mostly in girth. I’m now 7.125” BPEL and 5” MSEG. I believe my EQ has gone up significantly as well.

Here’s my current routine:

1. Five minute warm up with a 32 oz plastic cup full of the hottest water I can stand.
2. Wet jelqs: 40 reps at 9 o’clock, 12 o’clock, and 6 o’clock. (I read somewhere this variation in angle is good to prevent the ligaments from becoming too tight one particular way.)
3. Hand clamp in front of the testicles but as far in as possible. 100 kegels.
4. Repeat #2.
5. Repeat #3.
6. Wet jelqs: 20 reps at 9 o’clock.
7. Five minute warm down, same as #1.

I generally do this routine one day on, one day off. Sometimes due to life stuff there are two or three days off. Not bothered.

The hand clamping is fairly new. I’ve read up about using cable clamps and decided I don’t want to jump in to equipment right away. I’d rather get used to the sensation using just my hand (I have a pretty good grip thanks to years of heavy deadlifts).

I also have a Bathmate X40 that I foolishly jumped in and purchased without really doing any research. Playing around with it inconsistently a few years ago yielded incredible temporary gains but I never felt like it would come permanent. I may add it back in to my routine at some point if it’s beneficial.

I welcome any criticism, tips, or feedback. Thanks to everyone in this community, it’s been great to lurk on here for a while and read everything you’ve all taken the time to post.

I forgot a couple things.

When jelqing I will do a kegel, then grip and do the slow 3-count stroke. I feel like I saw a name for this type of jelq with a kegel but don’t recall. I feel like this gives better blood flow during the stroke.

And here are a few questions if anyone has answers:

1. After a workout I become slightly obsessed with the idea that I need to keep fresh blood flowing and out of my penis. I get into a loop of getting a 100% erection then letting it dissipate. I work from home so this is not a problem per se, but I do wonder if it’s necessary. I will admit I enjoy the feeling of how hard and full my penis is after a workout. To be clear this is not masturbation or edging. Just thinking about sex, getting fully erect, then going back to what I was doing. Is there benefit to this practice? It seems to me there would be but I’m not the expert here.

2. With jelqing I use a very firm grip, going by feel. Sometimes my penis will become very, but not fully erect during jelqing. I have never felt injured or had trouble getting or maintaining an erection after a workout. I feel like I could be more erect sometimes during jelqing, but there are enough posts on here warning against erect jelqing that I am a bit fearful of trying it. If my penis can handle it, is more erect jelqing ok?

3. When I jelq, I try to make the OK grip far in past the base of my penis. My theory is this will help stretch the interior penis outward, resulting in some length gains. Is this accurate?

I like the sound of your warm up, haven’t heard of just sticking it in a cup of hot water, but makes sense to me. I’m gonna be copying that one into my routine.

I’m probably the wrong guy to be critiquing but you may really like a decent air pump. Can always go cheap for the cylinder and just buy the brake vac from harbor freight for 25$. It’s really well made, releases reliably when you want it too and has an accurate gauge. Can also pump with water with the fluid collection doohickey it comes with.

Thanks man. I hope it serves your purposes! I got the idea from my exploration with the Bathmate. I would fill it with water and put it on for 5 minutes without pumping.

Any feedback is good feedback. I’ve read a few threads on here about pumps with gauges and realized how ill advised my investment in the Bathmate was (no gauge on the X40). All that said I do think about the temp gains from the Bathmate and bringing it back into my routine. After a good session my cock felt like a baseball bat in my palm, a seductive sensation.

Sounds like a good routine to me, biggest evidence is your gains and good EQ. Keep it up man.

I like how you mentioned the “obsession” with becoming erect multiple times here and there after a workout providing fresh blood to the penis. I kind of do the same thing actually. But maybe not as consistent or intense. But I do like getting a really nice semi erect going on or almost full erection a few times later on after a workout. Partially because I enjoy appreciating my pumped looking cock, but also because I feel it’s got to be beneficial. Interesting for sure.
