Switching to advanced routine (need tips)
Ive been Peing for exactly 2 months and a half. However, since I didn’t make any gains, Ive been a little bit On/Off on the last 2 weeks.
My current routine is : - hot wrap (5mins)
- 350-400 slow jelqs (30 mins)
- hot wrap (5mins)
- ( + kegels throughout the day )
( mostly 2on/1off routine )
I didn’t include any stretching in my routine. I’m looking for girth with any length that would come along with. Even though most people agree that you should aim for length first, I would wait until I gain something like .25” girth before starting length. I’m still quite skeptical about PE… I mean sure it works for some people, but perhaps not for everyone ( possibly the reason why so many lurkers ).
Anyway, I guess I should start an “advanced” routine, possibly something not too dangerous. Could anyone give me some tips on what to include in my routine? Thanks in advance
