My PE routine. Feedback appreciated

Heya Guys,

Well after reading through a heap of the posts here at thunders and reading the manuals, I decided to give PE a go, so here’s the routine I’ve worked out and it seems to be going fine so far! I’ve gone for a combination of jelq, stretch and pumping.

Routine:

5 Min Hot wrap (with rice bag)
10 Minute Wet Jelq
10 Minute Manual Stretches
50 Kegels (5 secs each)
5 Min Hot Wrap

10 Minute pumping (pressure about 4-5)
5 minute wet jelq
5 minute Manual Stretches
50 Kegels (5 secs each)
5 minute Hot Wrap

10 Minute pumping (pressure 5-6)
5 minute Hot Wrap
10 Minute Wet Jelq
5 Minute Manual Stretches
50 Kegels (5 secs each)
And Finishing off with a hot wrap for bout 5 minutes or so.

Any thoughts suggestions? I’ve been doing this routine for nearly a week without discomfort (apart from a little soreness due to stretches and that dissapears in a matter of 30 mins or so).

Hi bunneh, you do the three segments consecutively, don’t you? It seems a bit long for a newbie routine though. Well, no one can really judge how bad or good your routine is. You will have to figure out by yourself.

To do it, just pay attention on every change of your unit : numbness, bruises, pain and something like this.

The real good point in your routine is that you do warming up quite often.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Yeah, the three segments consecutively. So far I’ve had no numbness or bruising and only a little soreness, generally after doing the third set of stretching.

Goal: 8.5 NBPEL 6.5-7 EG 6.0 NBPFL 5.5 FG

For the first two weeks of PEing, your unit is still strong enough to handle all the torture you did :D You’ll see after that… No! No worry, thing will be fine, just take it slow and give him some rest too.

I’d just say to measure in reps rather than minutes. Personally I keep my routine to under 15 minutes, plus 2 hours stretching per day with the andro penis device.
