My PE Log

Well I decided to start a log today. I originally started September 10th. Then stopped October 10th until yesterday. I messed with jelqing and stretching about 10 years ago. Unfortunately I wasn’t patient enough to read through the forums and thought it might have been BS but after educating my self over the last few months I believe it is completely legit. If I stretch before I jelq I sometimes have difficulty achieving an erection so I do jelqing first. If anyone has any advice on how to improve the intensity gradually let me know please or anything else you think I could be doing better or need to change, all advice is welcome. Also I notice a lot of red spots from stretching and found two bruises yesterday.

Stats:

September 10th 2013: NBPEL 5.25”, BPEL 6” , MEG 4.5, FL 2.50” , MFG 3.75”, EQ 5

October 10th 2013: NBPEL 5” , BPEL 6.25” , MEG 4.75, , FL 2.50” , MFG 3.75”, EQ 5

Goals:

Short Term Goal ( 3 - 4 months from now ): NBPEL 5.75”, BPEL 6.75” , MEG 5” , FL 4” , MFG 4”, EQ 7

Long Term Goal ( 1 - 2 years from October 10th 2013 ) NBPEL 6.25” , BPEL 7.25” , MEG 5.5” , FL 5” , MFG 4.5, EQ 9

Newbie Routine:

Warm up ( heating pad ) 5 - 10 mins

Wet Jelqs ( with coconut oil ) 200 strokes

Warm up ( heating pad ) 5 - 10 mins

Stretches 2 sets of 30 seconds for each direction and rotary 1 minute each direction.

Warm down ( heating pad ) 5 - 10 mins

I do 50 kegals either after the workout or through out the next day

I finished my jelqing for the night and it was a great session. I decided not to stretch tonight due to the bruises. I think I was squeezing too hard last night with my stretches but it felt really good.

I have been reading about PE for about 2 years and seriously started last week but I could offer advice.

I d suggest warming up, stretching, and if you have a hard time getting an erection perhaps do another 5-10 mins of warming up to give the penis a rest while keeping it relaxed and your chambers expanded and then try jelqing. Its a good idea to stretch first before jelqing for gains. Also red dots and bruising could be do to jelqing too hard. When you start out your penis and ligaments are not use to full forced jelqing. I suggest do light jelqing at half the force for awhile. Once your penis and veins are use to the pressure and have toughened up a bit you could gradually increase the pressure and grip. That’s my advice from what I have learned

Thanks for your reply Bloodthorne. The thing is with jelqing I already seem to conditioned for it. Which is weird but I can go with as much pressure or grip as I want without injury. Although when I stretch I seem to get red spots on the glans ( burst capillaries most likely) and now I have a weird bruise on my the under side of the upper shaft (where I grip for stretches). It really looks like the red dots ( oddly shaped ) but about 5 times bigger than the tip of a pen. It’s really cool we’re starting around the same time. Have you started a progress report? I would love to see your routine.

Well I will be keeping tabs on your log bloodthorne. I don’t know if you care about flaccid gains too much but I am going to start throwing a cock ring after workouts. I heard this really helps your flaccid hang.

I’m keeping tabs on yours as well. I’m thinking of doing the same. I use to use my womans hair tie as a cock ring lol. It worked amazing. I may do it again

Well I hope you do keep an eye on mine. It should be interesting. Today was my off day that injury is almost completely gone now so I am good to go for tomorrow.

Well I was super tired yesterday so I took it off as well. Although tonight I went pretty hard and did my full routine stretches and jelqs. The only bad thing is I masturbated afterwards. I ordered my bathmate and cock rings today, so I will be adding that to my routine as well. I will be doing the newbie routine as usual and then taking a shower with the bathmate for about 20 mins. Then I will put the cock ring on for about 2 - 3 hours. Then before bed I will wrap my penis and keep it on all night and the next day until I PE again. Rinse and repeat.

I have been busy and tired so I only got 3 sessions in this week. I just finished my 19th day in a row working and I been messing with this girl for about 4 nights in a row. I have been able to bang for 3 hours with only about 5 mins of rest. I’ve never had the stam like this before or the EQ. Plus fuller flaccid hangs it just feels heavy now. So I guess it was a really good week.

Yeah my girl just switched birth controls and is now on her monthly days of doom so we only had sex 3 times the past 2 weeks. I havent gained girth that I know of but my erection is alot harder on the shaft and base. It feels wider and fuller
