Been reading up on this site for 2 years now. Its nice to get the knowledge of PE before I attempt it. This is my first serious attempt at PE. I started last week and so far I am pleased.
What I have noticed:
Stronger erections
I last longer in bed
Thicker fuller flaccid hangs

My women commented the other day “you were hard as a rock tonight”. That’s definitely a nice confidence boost. The reason I started PE is for the growth potential and the health benefits for my penis. I’m happy with my size now but a bit bigger would be nice.

My starting stats taken last week were: 6 inches BPEL in length and 4 3/4 around. My goal would be 7-7.5 length and 5.25-5.75 around. I know its not a quick process and not expecting to see growth gains for quite some time.

My routine:
10 mins warm up with a rice sock
Stretching in 8 different directions and one pulled away from my body
10 mins of wet jelqing (about 100-150 strokes)
10 min warm down with a rice sock

What I plan as my journey continues:
Increase the amount of strokes. As a newbie I’m starting out with low reps at 60-70% erection. I clamped a few times but remembered as a newbie I could give my self an injury so I will add clamping a few months down the road after I have toughened up my penis tissues. I will add more advanced jelqing strokes later.

Issues I have concerns about:
I don’t know if my “ok” stroke is placed right, I’m not getting the best stroke I know I could
When stretching I grab the penis head but after it seems to hurt a bit as if I strangled it lol
I don’t want to have that “baseball bat” shape as I feel my stroke is strongest at the top and not so much at the base

I’m certain those concerns will be fixed once I get the hang of it. I know most people take a month to get a good form. I’m excited to seriously start PE and I’m glad I have researched it for so long before diving into it. If any one has any tips or comments I would love to hear them.

I am looking forward to seeing your progress and gains. How I do the “ok” grip is make an okay with my index finger and thumb. The tips of the index finger and thumb should meet under the base of the shaft. Also your palm should be facing your glans ( away from you ). I was reading a clamping thread and it got me super curious and scared at the same time. I want to start clamping after 3 months of conditioning. I might start pumping with the BathMate at the end of this month. I heard those can aid in gains with the manual exercises. Well good luck man and stick to it.

Thanks. I’ve been doing the ok grip with my palm on the side of the shaft as it feels the most natural and comfortable. Ill switch it up

Length: 6 inches

Girth: 4.5 inches

Yeah it felt awkward to me at first too but after the first week you won’t even think about it.

Week and a half in to my routine. Measured today for the hell of it and got 6 1/4 length and 4 3/4 girth. No girth gains but a 1/4 of an inch in length

That’s really good blood! Did you measure after your routine or before? Are you measuring BPEL or NBPEL?

That was before my routine. I do BPEL not shoved in hard. Just snug preeses. I measured after my routine and got 6 1/2. My last 3 sessions were my best. Sat down on the edge of my bed and did over hand OK grips, which is more comfortable

So are you doing 2 days on 1 day off?

I will be starting my next sessions. I just did 4 days in a row and have noticed a dramatic drop in my EQ and a hard time getting an erection due to over training

I feel like the rest days are almost more important the workout days. I would of went 5 days in a row if I could of but so glad I didn’t. I’d say take a few days off then stick to the plan at least until your EQ comes back.

Yeah I’ve had a few nice erections today. I’m taking today off then doing a light routine of 100 jelqs instead of 150 for next two sessions. After my next day off ill do my 150. Ill stick with 2 days on and one off. I just started kegles my last session. I do 20 per angle of stretching, so 180 kegles per session. Ill also do 120 before bed for 300 a day to increase my EQ

Yeah cutting down until your EQ comes back is probably the smart thing to do. Kegels during stretching I got to try that out during my routine tonight. I was thinking of starting MEM’s routine after 6 months. Have you checked it out? Well keep me posted on your routine.

So after I cut down on my routine to 2 days on and 1 day off my erections came back. I even had morning wood this morning. I work on a machine all day and leaning against it at the hip was bring around spontaneous erections all day, which is good but bad when having your shirt tucked in is a must.

Hanging progress.......... Difficult takes a day, impossible takes a week.

Finally an update. The last 3 weeks have been busy. I broke up with my long time GF and I moved. Being single I have too many woman over almost every night lol. So my routine has been lacking. So I cut back on women and have gotten back on my 2 days on 1 day off routine. Love the morning erections, I could pierce a dragons armour with those erections
