I never have thought I would write a public journal on my jelq progress but I have realised that this may be beneficial for me to keep my routine consistent.

So I have noticed that I have a small penis since 12 but I was still going through puberty so I thought I still have hope. At the age of 20 something, it is pretty confirmed that my erected penis sits at 3.54” and I have been depressed about it for so many years since I was 12 that I almost forgot what it feels like to feel not depressed I guess.

Anyway I jelqed for a month a few months ago and managed to get it up to 4” on a good day. Maybe it’s due to better EQ? I don’t know but I did suffer a minor injury on the ligament that I had to stop for a month.

Recently, I decided to resume the routine and yesterday as a rest day, I masturbated and ejaculated after 2 weeks of not doing so, despite knowing very well that it will weaken my EQ, as it have done previously that ultimately leads to poor quality jelq. Today, I tried to jelq but failed (poor EQ due to recent masturbation and depressed mindset) so I only did stretches, the disappointment I get from the weakness of my dick is what got me to write this journey as a reminder to stay consistent and have a strong set of mind to avoid masturbation.

My routine is as follows:

Before injury:

2 on 1 off

1. 10 Mins warm up with something similar to rice socks

2. Stretches:

-1 min each: left, right, up, down, left down, right down, straight out

3. Jelq:

-3 x 100

4. Shower

After injury:

1 on 1 off

Same as above except breaking down the stretch into 2 set of 30 seconds each and reducing jelq to 3 x 50

I am hoping to reducing masturbation to once a month and I sincerely hope I can stick to that for the sake of my future life. 5” length and 4.5” girth is all I am aiming for ffs.

For the past 2 weeks after reading a lot of posts and asking for advices, I have decided to drop jelqing and only focus on manual stretching. I am getting more and more comfortable with stretching now. I have learnt 2 important lesson thus far.
1. Pull intensity should be just high enough or a TINY higher to stretch your penis to its maximum length, previous my technique was to pull it as hard as I could without triggering pain, but it seems like pull that hard would make my penis less elastic over time.
2. Due to the size of my penis, when I stretch my grip would cover at least 1/3 of my penis (not including the glan), this area as a result doesn’t get stretched and it’s quite noticeable over time. So now I try to grip as little as I could.

During this month, I tried to keep my routine as 1 day on 1 day off but sometimes I do 1 day on 2 day off simply because I am too occupied by other stuff. I masturbated twice this month, the second time not because of any strong urges but I just feel like I should do it to keep it working.

Each stretch is increased from 30 seconds to 40 seconds.

So far in this month I have done 3 stretching session.
1. 1st June
2. 6th June
3. 8th June ( in the afternoon and masturbated at night)

Since there was a 5 days break I feel very relax and the stretching session went well on 6th June. On 8th June however, I was considering if I should take another day off because on the day before I can feel slight achy-ness (neutral PI?) but the ache went away when I woke up that day. My penis clearly wasn’t as stretchy as it was on 6th June so I decided to do a light stretching session only (only stretching once in each direction). At night I masturbated., again not from sexual desired but just thought it is healthy to do so.

I know the effect of masturbation to gains has been discussed many times in this forum but I still am not too sure about the answer. I mean, for myself, if I masturbate only once a week (no sex), would that be better than no masturbation at all or not in term of gains? Would be glad if someone can give me some insight on that.

Anyway, as I was edging after the light stretching session, I couldn’t really get to full erection easily but I seems to be measuring 10.4-10.5cm (0.4-0.5cm gain) but it doesn’t really last long (maybe it’s tired out) so tonight I made myself hard and measured again.

As for now (<30 mins after masturbation), masturbation clearly makes my penis shrink but I guess maybe this is normal if you masturbate not long ago. But so far, it just seems like it’s a bad decision.. Maybe I should only masturbate when I actually have the urge to..
The reason why I decided to masturbate is that I want my penis to be completely flaccid during stretching but if I haven’t masturbate for a while, my penis gets a bit hard (10%-20%?) especially during rotary stretches. Also, I fear that if I don’t masturbate, I will slowly lose the sexual desire as my body is conditioned to it which will lead to lower testosterone level or something.. Which might lead to slower gains. I really don’t know how I should take on this problem. At the moment I am just thinking edging might actually be enough to tackle all of my above concern, and I should only ejaculate if I really need to? I don’t know

Just counting back the date, I think I started PE in March so it’s almost 4 months now where I took a month off in between.
I definitely learnt a lot and understand my penis a lot better than before, although theres still a lot to learn I know.
The current gain is definitely motivating for me and I hope it motivates other people too. Here the current routine that I do, it’s all manual stretches:
Warm up with heat for 10-20 minutes (usually 10-12)
1. Left
2. Right
3. Rotary (15 clockwise, 15 anti-clockwise)
4. Left-down
5. Right-down
6. Rotary same as step 3
7. Straight-out
8. Down
9. Up

Try to do the rundown twice but sometimes I do it once only due to tiredness and time constraint. Twice definitely feels more effectively as the second time my penis is at a more stretch-able state.

10. Edging

Stretching has become easier and easier to perform although the up direction is still very difficult, maybe due to my size and the inelasticity of my penis.

I recently realised that most people has a FSL similar to EL, which clearly is not the case for me, I could barely stretch my penis. So I feel like tackling my elasticity problem might be a key toward a long penis, and I feel like this is what I can attribute to my current length gain, as my penis do feel more and more elastic each day.

As such, I am planning to do a two or three times JAI stretches during rest day (15 SO, 15, straight-down), maybe just a mild one, one that is strong enough to prevent my penis to shrink back to its “compressed” state during healing, while not too intense to prevent injury.

Don’t feel like changing the routine too much as I know that I should stick to a working routine, but I feel like given my circumstance, incorporating small mild stretches throughout the day would help. It’s so tempting to do more and more though, I am tempted to do JAI stretches even during PE day but I won’t do it due to fear of overtraining.

Also, I moved away from porn now but I still ejaculate once a week as I feel like this is more beneficial than not ejaculating at all.

Some people say that they should avoid measuring all the time but just do it once a month instead. I just measure it anyway though because I don’t see the downside of it. What I notice from the frequent measurement is that gain don’t really come gradually. Rather, it seems like each that I gain 0.5cm for example, I would notice a 0.1cm gain first (which is hard to notice so I always question myself), stays the same for the next 2 or 3 PE days, then all of a sudden it shoots up to 0.5cm gain. I will keep measuring to confirm if this is the case.

You need to add kegels to your routine, I don’t see kegels anywhere. These are crucial to EQ and PE is health. They will greatly benefit you.

Don’t sweat the small stuff like a turtled unit after ejaculation, or a difference in measurements from back to back days of measuring or anything like that. Embrace the inconsistencies, because they will always be there, that’s life. And if your in it for the long run, and truly dedicated, none of that will ultimately matter. Just stay consistent and you’ll get to where you wanna be.

Definitely masturbate once a week or at the very least every two weeks, keep everything healthy down there. And the saying “use it or lose it” had some meaning behind it with the penis. Your also young, enjoy the orgasm sometimes.

Stay off of porn, the less the better, and no porn is the best. Especially when you are not sexually active.

Besides actually ejaculating, I suggest edging whenever you get the chance. Especially if you are not sexually active. Edging will provide a cardiovascular stimuli to your unit which will in turn make it stronger, healthier and perform better.

These are the pointers I have for you. Stay consistent and try to enjoy the process. Be thankful you know about PE.

Do you warm up with moist heat?

I didn’t get much success by warming up with dry heat. A hot washcloth surrounding the entire penis also brings quite a relaxing feeling. I also feels that moist heat penetrates more than dry.

Let to use the dry heat while doing the stretches, as a constant heat factor. This can be done with an infrared lamp heater: cheap and easy.

More ideas to consider.

I dont do kegel because i read somewhere that it’s not for everyone? so I am just worried that it might not be for me…although i don’t exactly know how to check if it’s right for me.
Yeah I initally tried masturbating once a week only but recently found that twice a week is better as it keeps my penis more sentive and so more motivated to work on it.

I warmed up with a rice sock…i tried washcloth before but it just cool down too quickly thats why i switch.
hmm yeah i think IR lamp heater is a good idea. Do you use one and how did it help if you did?

Been using infrared lamp heater for a while now as a constant heat source. It does the job like any other warm up method without having the penis wrapped all up.

Doing the routine under heat I measured higher girth expansion during clamping and pumping. On jelqing routines I had thicker and more apparent veins.

Few years back I was gaining just length until I implemented constant heat. Back then was an halogen heater, which is inferior when compared to infrared lights due to it’s wave lengths.

I have been quite busy lately so I am just going to write a short summary for the two months (I just realised the last time I logged was less than 1.5 months ago. I thought it was longer than that, which means my progress is better than I thought hahah).

The week that follows the last log, I only stretch and edge twice and it was on a sunday and saturday, so with 5 days break in between. I tried to PE more after that but Iife was too busy so I ended up with only 8 proper PE session in July, and with some small stretch (like 20 seconds x 3-5 direction) that i did during shower. I forgot how many of those shower stretch did i do as I only record 2 of them but I did a few more times more than that.

July was where I wasn’t making any progress (some rare instances I measured 10.6-7cm but most likely be due to error) and although disappointing it was kind of what I expected due to lack of PE, and I just made up an excuse convincing myself that it will do me good for resting this much.
But what I notice though recently, is that sometimes my dorsal area just feel a bit dull (not in a bad or painful way) and gradually my flaccid seems to be hanging better (not sure if it’s longer but it definitely hang more often).
Fast forward to today which I did stretch and edge again, after 3 days of resting, I felt that my penis is obviously more stretchier than before (I had a similar sensation before for a day or two just before the onset of my minor injury due to overtrain a few months ago, but that time my penis also feel a bit dead, this time it feels perfectly normal except it’s more stretchy). And during the edge session I can see that my penis has grown (and less tight) so I took my ruler out and measure it, it was almost 11 cm at some point, most of the time it was between 10.6-10.8 cm, this is already beyond the 10.5 cm mark that I felt so hard overcoming last two month, most measurement I took sits between 10.3-10.5 cm and reaches 10.6-7 in some short instances.

I am of course very glad because I was fairly demotivated last month to the point that I was beginning to question whether I did actually gained before or I just took the wrong initial measurement and all the gain was just due to me measuring shorter than I actually was in the beginning, and today although still doubting a bit, the fact that it mostly sits above 10.5 cm is convincing me that the gain should be real.

This then raise a question for me. Since I took quite a lot of rest day in July (the final week I didn’t even do PE but masturbated once), does this imply that something like a 2-on 5-off is a good routine for me? I have never heard of people taking so many rest day between PE day (but then again I have never heard of people who has a penis as small and inelastic as mine too). Maybe alternate month of 1-on 1-off and 2-on 5-off is a good routine?
I am not too sure but I guess I will try to stick with 1-on 1-off for now, especially now that my penis feels more stretchy, I want to cherish these period to stretch it more often.

I will keep monitoring if these increase in stretchiness persist or it is just a one time thing (I hope not), and I will measure again to confirm that I did in fact gain.

Almost the end of August, I can confirm that when I get a full on erection I do reach 11cm while most of the time it is around 10.7-8cm. I am still very impressed by the progress as I have gained about 1cm since May. As with my previous records, my routine this month is nothing like the previous months, I have allowed myself to masturbate more (twice a week), this make my penis able to relax better during stretching (less likely to get pumped up during stretching), and I also stretch (and edge) about twice a day. This week, I decided to ramp up my stretch frequency and did a 2-on 1- off (there was a day where I masturbated in the afternnon and stretch at night too, and it doesnt seems to have an effect on my stretch quality). I do want to point out here that while it doesn’t seems to have an effect on PE quality, I feel like masturbating twice a week have over time reduce my erection quality **slightly**, which did have an effect on my size.

Anyway, I ended my last PE session without completely (one downward stretch to go only) because I felt a sharp pain sensation was gradually building up as I stretch (like it’s about to tear?). It was just building up so no strong pain was felt yet. I attribute this to being too confident about myself, after doing this for half a year, I feel like my penis has adapted to the stress (and I believe it did to some extent) and started to stretch a bit too hard this month. I didnt dare to proceed to the normal edging routine afterward and I didnt get a morning wood the next morning so I believe it needs some rest now. when i stretch the skin so I can see the vain better, I was able to see two very thin horizontal line, I can’t really describe it well, it doesn’t seems bad at all but it seems like had I continue stretching, that would be the location of tearing.

I applied heat today, the first sensation was a sharp pain (2/10 on a pain scale) but after 4-5 seconds it’s gone completely. Then I tried edging and I can get an erection with no pain, but I did feel like something is blocking me from getting the best erection (not sure if it’s mentally or physically).

Anyway, with the current progress, I feel like it’s a good time to take a decon break, maybe I will review myself bi-weekly to see if I should continue PE. I will apply heat perhaps on a daily basis to speed up recovery.

P.S. During the last 2-3 months, I do sometimes feel short pulses of pain, mostly on the side and top (where the 2 horizontal lines are), and almost always bottom if I stretched upward (which is why i gave up stretching upward). I didnt really pay too much attention to it because it doesnt happen often and it is very short lasting (2-3 seconds), and the frequency is reduced more recently, which I thought is due to myself getting used to the stretching stresses. I dont know what to think of these pain really, but i am just writing here as a log.

TLDR: felt tearing sensation, no morning wood and slightly reduced EQ, decide to take a decon break.
