Hello cool people!

I’m almost 25 years old, 1m86cm tall and I want a bigger willy!

I will post my precise measurements very soon but for the time being, I can say that I fall into the ‘average’ category. On a good day I guess I could pull off BPEL 16.5cm and EG 12.5.
I am quite tall and strongly built (I enjoy weight training) which makes my Johnson appear smaller :/

I am very glad I found this website. It seems like a place filled with smart and interesting individuals from different backgrounds united by one common goal - A place where one can get a friendly, warm and manly hug so to speak :)
I already had a few trial go’s at Jelqing, but now I am serious about starting a (stealth) routine with progress logs e.t.c. I will proceed with the bog-standard newbie routine (P90 I guess.)

My short term goal is to:

-Develop a safe and efficient personalized routine that works best for me
-Break the plateau, obtain more ‘pronunciation’
-Eventually break the ‘average barrier’.. An inch gain in length and an inch in girth would ROCK!

I want to make use of all possible knowledge/resources/wisdom/veteran advice available to me here. I will update now and then, if anyone was in a familiar situation, please feel free to be my ‘mentor’!
In the mean time I have a few questions:

1) when erect, my penis doesn’t curve upwards, its more or less straight. Below 85% erection it curves down. Not a big issue, I just realized it looks a little different from others. Can jelqing help achieve an upward curvature?

2) now and then I overindulge in masturbation. Can this hinder gains? Does alot of masturbation hinder regular EQ?

3) after masturbation or during exercise my testicles and penis retract a lot. My flaccid can sometimes shrink to 2 inches (talk about grower!)..

4) is it possible to achieve reasonable girth/length gains without equipment? Just through manual jelqing/stretching?

Just some short pointers:

1. for some it did

2. it could if it effects your EQ and PI ‘s. But actually when you do PE after masturbation it can help gains as the tissue is softer. (though at least for me motivation is low then). Best is when you incorporate masturbation within your PE exercise(called edging)

3. its normal. try to hold it in an elongated state as often as long as possible. (piss pulls , wraps)

4. Yes! Actually its the bread and butter of PE. Equipment has its use but is not necessary.

I have a few more questions..
When I jelq, I use both hands with an OVERHAND-REVERSE GRIP. This way I have maximum range of motion, also, this way, the ridge in between my thumb and index finger is always in contact with the top of the penis, I.e. The dorsal vein. This ridge is the softest part of the OK-grip circumference, this way it is less likely to damage the vein. I do try to use minimal force.

1) shall I do a kegel before each stroke? This way I can get a surplus of blood rushed in.

2) I have read about venous leakage today and its quite worrying.. But what about regular masturbation.. Some people masturbate between 3 and 10 times aday and apply significant force on the penis.. For years and years.. A penis is designed to withstand quite alot of abuse in its lifetime (swimming in cold rivers, hot Jacuzzi, sex, masturbation, sleeping on it, getting soccer ball kicked at it and WHAT NOT.). Maybe what these people have is a TICKING TIME BOMB.. If the valves are in such a fragile state, surely eventually at some point, the penis will FAIL, whether through PE, masturbation, random injury or whatever.. Do we have anymore information on this?

I too am just starting out very soon (precise measurements will be put up in like a week and a half when my semester ends) and would also like to achieve a better manhood! This summer will be focused on getting back in shape (put on some weight this year) in addition to adding some length and girth. I have a question.

Most of the time my penis feels shrivelled in flaccid state, especially after exercise or days when I masturbate (1-2 times a day actually). It shrinks to about 2 inches, but you can still see veins on it, and the scrotum also shrinks, making the testicles hang very close to the groin. This feels uncomfortable and makes the package look really small in the trousers.. However, now and then the penis and testicles loose (more or less), this feels quite comfortable and relaxed, which I prefer.

Do you guys get that too? What’s the best way to achieve this? Less masturbation?

Ok so I have had a go at the newbie routine a couple of times over the last week or two. So far no results in size increase, but I wasn’t expecting any.

I haven’t experienced any improvements in EQ, but this may have been due to lack of dedication to sticking to the routines and also I have been masturbating quite frequently, which I also believe can have adverse effects on EQ.
I have however noticed that the veins and capillaries are more pronounced on the penis, even in flaccid state. Is this normal?

Also after I am done with a session there is a somewhat cold/chilling feeling in my glans over the course of the next few days.

I have read the horror stories of venous leakage, and people getting ED from one session of PE. I haven’t experienced any bad PI’s, so I guess it is safe to continue at the pace I am going now.

More pronounced veins are normal. If you are getting a cold feeling you are probably going at it too hard. Be more gentle, and more consistent. Good luck!

So yesterday I had another newbie session, which went well I guess. For some reason I felt super horny afterwards, and kept getting hard-ons throughout the day, as well as this morning.
In my earlier posts I have mentioned a complaint that quite often my wiener and testicles shrivel up, this happens especially when:
• Working out
• After masturbation
• After shaving ‘down there’
• Cold exposure (of course)
• Many other minor stimuli
• And perhaps sometimes stress

It’s annoying because it makes the ‘bulge’ look really tiny. The scrotum shrivels up and the testes can even sometimes retract inwards, I don’t recall if this was always like this, but I have taken attention to it over the last few months. The penis shrinks to about 2 inches, but the veins are green and prominent.. However, in erect state my package is BPEL 6 x 4.8.

I can’t help notice when I see some people in underwear it seems like everything is hanging down like a pendulum no matter what..

Occasionally however, everything hangs down nicely a comfortably.

I have researched HARD FLACCID, but haven’t found any pictures or definite information.
Does anyone else have this/ or can shed some light here.

I’ve taken a long break from exercising, and have started again this week.

I am having issues getting a good range of motion because of my size.. I can get a good range of motion when it is 80% erect, but that’s dangerous, and it feels like am jelqing a metal bar, and when its half erect, I can’t get a good range of motion for the blood flow towards the glans.. Do you guys have any suggestions for this?

When I jelq the wave-of-blood towards the glands, the blood seems to already flow back to the pelvis half-way during the jelq.

Lately I am a little worried about my testicle size. I know my testicles are quite small, and also hang quite high, even when my scrotum isn’t tight (which is rare). They hang high that it is hard to do an ok-grip around the part of the scrotum which separates the testes from bottom of penis shaft.. As a result my bulge looks really small, most of the time, flat. Also this annoys me as the tight balls/scrotum cause skin to overlap on the base of the shaft, making me lose a centimeter.
Is this just genetics or could it be something else?

1)Could it be testosterone deficiency? I am 25 years old and have poor beard growth. Gym gains are not too bad however..
2) I mastubate alot and have been since teens.
- Does frequent ejacualtion interfere with hormone production in testes?
- Does frequent ejaculation cause testes to be emptier, hence making them look small? If I refrain from masturbating often, will they eventually fill up?
3) which doctor/specialist do I see if I want my testes and penis examines, and also testosterone tested..

4) if testosterone is indeed low, what are the ussual solutions to this?

Stretching the scrotum should be easy. We have much about it on the forum. testicle size is more difficult.

Whats your ethnicity/origins? Its not uncommon for many humans to have poor beard grow.

Too often masturbation/ejac is draining and not healthy. Too often would be more then 7 times a week IMO.
For me 2-3 times a week is OK. Try edging and just stand up and do something else immediately when you are about to come. Works really nice

Thanks for you input. I have to be honest, on average, my fapping habit amounts to at least 7 times a week, otherwise even more.
I have recently stopped watching porn, and now planning on keeping masturbation to a bare minimum. I want give up old nasty habits and to see what effects this will have on me physically and mentally.
Today I finished a PE session without ejaculation, from now on I will stick to this (edging), I am sure this will only have positive benefits in the long run.

Next week I will post measurements + inital goals + comments.
