Mixed progress results experienced tips needed

I’ve been practicing for a year now. I have had some results but was expecting a little more after a year of dedication. I have had improvement in turtling but nothing else. I’ve gone from turtling to the point that only the head is exposed to having about 1 1/2 inch of shaft exposed. I have had no erectile length gains or girth gains.

Here’s some bio information about me:

Age: 45
Height: 6 foot 3 inch
Weight: 275 lbs
Body type: Very muscular with some fat. I lift heavy and have a thick trunk. I work out 5 days a week.

My PE routine:

10 minute warm-up with a heat pad. The skin is pink and the shaft is relaxed and pliable.
I put on two silicone sleeves down the shaft (for comfort), tighten a clamping ring at 1 inch before the base and hang 15 lbs straight down. I do this for 3 sets of 10 minutes each. This really stretches the skin at the base well. After that I apply the clamping ring 1 inch behind the head. I hang 15 lbs straight down for another 3 sets of 10 minutes each.

After all of that I apply metal rings down the shaft and wear them 5 to 8 hours a day for 4 to 5 days a week. The rings probably weight 2 pounds total. When I’m not wearing the rings I still have the silicone sleeves on so the shaft is still somewhat in a stretched state. On my off days I still wear the sleeves. I cannot wear them while sleeping as nightly erections force me to remove them.

So, you guys that are more experienced than me please chime in and give me some tips.

What would you change, add or remove from my routine?
