Mixed results at best...Frustrations of a Girth Hardgainer
Well, I’m back fellas. I’ve taken about two and half months off following a three-month clamping cycle that netted me very little if any increase in girth (see old log somewhere below). Perhaps one effect of all my hard work is that I seem to plump up a little faster than before I started the routine back in September. Maybe the deconditioning break will allow me to make a breakthrough past my plateau? Anybody else have any success here? But I have to admit, I’ve been at this for so long with minimal girth gains — despite jelqing, squeezes, clamping, pumping — that I’m a bit skeptical about my ability to gain any real girth. My past routine was four days/week (clamping 30 min, occasional pumping). I’m gonna experiment with a six day/week routine that is less intense (4 days jelqing for 20 min, 2 days clamping for 20 min). Maybe this will make a difference. Check out my new progress log below.
