Hello everyone!

I’m going to keep this as brief as possible for now.
I have a history in anatomy/physiology etc. Working as a veterinary surgeon. I did some research into the methods of PE. (Pubmed would surprise you) and was interested to see if it works first hand (pun not intended).

I’ve been “stalking” the site for a year or so, tried a few routines but couldn’t work out how to fit it into a typical week. Starting just before the new year this time has proved thus far a success and the only break I took was for 3 days during which my rough callused hands did the skin on my member some injury..

I’ve realised that with many things in life to succeed at anything the best way to reach greatness in little baby steps. Fitness and education included. Too much at once leaves you demotivated. Also “over focusing” on goals tends to be a recipie for disaster.

I read a thread entitled “less is more AND more is more?” and it stuck me that PE is no different. I am much more likely to reach my goals if I stick to something I ACTUALLY HAVE TIME to do.

So I produced the following routines. (Always during a shower as its a good warm up)

Month 1:
5mins of flaccid jelqing - moving to 10 minutes as I started to adapt. DAILY.

Months 2:
10 mins of flaccid jelqing moving to erect jelqing by the end of the month. Daily

Month 3:
10/15 minutes of erect or clamped jelqing (using thick string as a clamp). Usually erect->clamped->erect and as tolerance improves duration of “clamped” increases. (4/5 a week)

I am yet to measure any results. I will probably wait a few more months as I add other things into the mix.
But wanted to keep a record to share successes and inspire others if it goes well.

YOur routine sounds pretty close t the newbie routine … except for the use of the clamp.

It sounds like yu may be a little early in your PE career to make clamping a part of your routine


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Just a brief update.

Doing about 15-20minutes of mixed clamped jelqing/jelqing (about50:50) 3/4 times a week.

Noticed some EL gains. Not measured with ruler though.

Next thing is to add manual stretching regularly. I’m just glad to have everything else into a solid routine so far.

Okay, so the 6 month “weigh in” is coming up. (Friday this week).
I want to get the next steps organised so my progress/thoughts are not too altered by results day. And have been researching this week.

I’ve managed a minimum of 4 days a week since Janurary 1st, usually 6, clocking a good few hours of jelquing and stretching! So I’m a bit nervous for Friday! I think there will be a little bit of a difference from the measurements I took on first attempt in 2010. (The ones I’m planning to beat) but not a lot.
I feel I’ve utilised the newbie routine to about as far as I can and have developed the following regime for the next 3-6 months I am still fussing over the details, but the ideas are set.

1 - Pumping. 5-10 minutes initially -> 3 sets of 20 minutes. Timeframe to be assessed with practice.
I believe that the gains from pumping are as permanent as any other NPE exercises. Why wouldn’t they be?
I think there is scope for them not to be permanent if the techniques are not implemented correctly, whereas with other techniques you just don’t see results.. Reading pumping 101 gives a good idea to the dos and donts.

2 - Manual stretches and jelqs. To be done directly after pumping.
Even if so far the manual stuff hasn’t worked. I intend to keep them up. Pumping is hopefully going to accelerate the gains a bit by adding a different approach.

3 - AutoXleeve
Intended to use as an ANS for now. To be used after pumping and manual exercises. Sleeping = healing and I think it will be most well used soon after a session.

Scope for further progress includes using an ADS device, I will probably use the other product monkeybar has produced as I already have a JES somewhere but couldn’t use for long due to discomfort.

So pump arrived.

Pretty interesting bit of kit.!
Playing about looked like this:
Timed a 10 minute session. (Can see how easy it would be to get carried away)
Worked slowly to 5mmhg.
Last 5 minutes spent working up to 10mmhg then quick release down to 3-5.
Jelq afterwards for 5ish minutes.

Will take actual measurements tomorrow.

My actual daily routine is as follows:
Warm up with hot flannel 2-5minutes
5minutes of stretching, angles which can be felt more “in abdomen” than other angles.
Lube up.
Pump in 2” by 10” tube for 10 minutes at 0.2PSI/5mmhg
5 minutes jelquing
20 seconds in 2.5” by 9” tube a few times with jelquing between and edging.
Warm shower with massage.

Trying to find how to fit this in a daily routine, once that is established will be simple to keep up.

Once autoexsleeve arrives will also use that.

Worth mentioning I have done newbie routine for 6 months gradually increasing volume of training over that time. From my very mild experience of pumping so far - as tedious as it sounds.. You really do need to condition, there is so much room for injury.

And to the guy above I took clamping out after 2 weeks.

So, I’ve been pumping for a week now. And it’s pretty great! I’m seeing changes in vascularity, flaccid hang and all sorts already! I only go to -5”Hg for sustained periods, sometimes I flick it up to -10 then down to 0 back to 5. Maybe for like 1 of the 10 minutes in a session.
Not had any lymph retention/oedema or permanent discolouration.
Tried water pumping today, might use it on a “day off” for a bit of healing on light pressure.
Going to keep it on 2days on 1 off for now. It seems better to me at the moment.
Trying to time stretching to 10 minutes also.
Every session results in an edging session with ejaculation at the end. Just stating that as people are either for/against ejaculation and PE. I am totally for. I wouldn’t play with my junk for that long to not get an orgasm at the end of it. That’s like cruelty!

Waiting still for ANS but it is in the right country now.
Will measure again just before my 22nd birthday, in about 6/7 weeks.

It seems that most of the people get 1-3 cm extra lenght when bone pressed. I don’t have any kind of fat pad, just the bone and some skin. If I’d measure bone pressed, it would be something like 3-5mm+

I’m pretty jealous of that..
I’m probably about 10% body fat but I seem to store it all between my naval and my knees. The dream is to have that sortve difference between NBP and BP though.

Pumping is incredible! Can’t believe I took so long to get one. EQ is way better already!
AutoExleeve by monkeybar arrived yesterday. Last night I tried to wear after a session but had to take it off after an hour or so because I couldn’t sleep.
Today did normal routine, used the AE straight afterwards and it was very comfortable. Fell asleep with it on. Removed after 3ish hours (don’t want to overdo it)

Hopefully going to increase pumping time from 10 minutes soon, foreskin is a bit tight still so I need to wait for that to stop causing a bit of bruising on the frenulum before I can go much longer.

Loving this PE stuff. Even if it doesn’t make a difference, it’s great fun.

Just a brief update. I did a very brief measure of BPEL today. 2 days since last pump and it’s at 18.8cm. A mild increase! Did not measure girth as I imagine that’s where the magic will be happening.

Increasing pump time to 15mins instead of 10mins. Still 2 days on 1 off. At -0.2PSI

Also continuing the sets of 50 Jelqs and cyclical pumping to -0.35PSI after the static pumping.

Also stretching either before or after. I can’t decide which I think is better. Theoretically I suppose post pumping would be more effective as the tissues would be a bit weakened.

Don’t use an extender while you’re sleeping. It’s way to dangerous since you can’t monitor anything.

It’s actually quite difficult to sleep with it on and I loose my patience.

Check out the autoexsleeve though if you google “vac extender” it’s made by the same people. It’s designed for use at night and there are no strangulation risks. It’s actually a very impressive piece of kit! It’s designed by veterans on here.
