So, stretching device arrived. Its so much more effective than using my hands. My grip doesn’t fail and I can hold stretches for like 20 minutes! - Im not associated with the company, Im just a sucker for convenience and ease to do things. Just realised the dates above are a year out. Oh well..
Anyway, 12/1/15 - 1 hour of stretching (about 20minutes of these were experimenting with comfort) - Cock ring all day, ADS at night. 13/1/15 - 1 hour of stretching in all directions, some bundled stretches - Cock ring all day, ADS at night. 14/1/15 - 40 minutes of stretching, mainly focused on ligaments. No ADS or cock ring.
EQ has taken a bit of a nose dive recently. Been taking prosac since November and as warned after about 2/3 months my erections took a big hit - I stopped PE when I noticed I wasn’t getting any boner time. Just because I know that monitoring erections is a big help to know if you’re overdoing it.
Anyway, I’m keeping it to light stretching/jelquing just to keep blood moving and the tissues supple and kegles to try and help things along whilst I come off the drugs. I still get infrequent good errections but not related to arousal or anything. Very frustrating.
