Just Getting Started - Ninj4
I’ve always had doubts about PEing, and I always had faith that it didn’t work, until I find this forum and discovered almost two-decade of information and reports from real people that put on effort in PE and surprisingly got gains from it, not only a few more inches, but also a healthier penis.
So I thought to myself: “Why not?”
Then I decided to create this thread to keep me motivated, and if anyone wants to give some advice, please do it, because I really don’t know what to expect after doing these exercises, I’m kinda scared and confident, scared of making something wrong and destroying my dick, and confident that I can really increase it size. But the plan is doing the Newbie Routine for at least 2 months before doing any other kind of exercise.
So that’s what I did today:
> 10 min Warm-Up:
(I ripped a piece of cloth and soaked into hot water and wrapped around the shaft, I don’t know if I should wrap around the glans because it’s kind of sensitive there)
> 4 min Stretches:
(Straight Up/Down, Left, Right | 2 times 30 sec each)
> 200 Jelqs
(I did it at 30-40% erection, I don’t know if I should raise it, but it was my first day trying it out, maybe tomorrow I’ll do it at a higher erection)
> 7-8 min Shower Warm-Down
> 10 min Edging
(I couldn’t make more Edging because I’m really having a bad time trying to get at least near to climax, I had a NoFap time before, and I don’t know, maybe I’ve lost some sensitivity.)
That was it, for now I haven’t got any PIs , but after the Jelq, I really felt my ligs, not at the point to feel pain, in fact, I haven’t felt any pain. After the Warm-Down I felt my penis very relaxed, that felt really good.
For now I’ll be doing 3 days on / 2 days off and after that 2 days on/ 1 day off.
My starting size is at the Status right below here, I think. I couldn’t measure the MSEG yet because I don’t have the specific ruler.
I hope that I start feel some PIs soon. I’m so glad I found this forum.
