Just Getting Started - Ninj4

I’ve always had doubts about PEing, and I always had faith that it didn’t work, until I find this forum and discovered almost two-decade of information and reports from real people that put on effort in PE and surprisingly got gains from it, not only a few more inches, but also a healthier penis.

So I thought to myself: “Why not?”

Then I decided to create this thread to keep me motivated, and if anyone wants to give some advice, please do it, because I really don’t know what to expect after doing these exercises, I’m kinda scared and confident, scared of making something wrong and destroying my dick, and confident that I can really increase it size. But the plan is doing the Newbie Routine for at least 2 months before doing any other kind of exercise.

So that’s what I did today:

> 10 min Warm-Up:
(I ripped a piece of cloth and soaked into hot water and wrapped around the shaft, I don’t know if I should wrap around the glans because it’s kind of sensitive there)

> 4 min Stretches:
(Straight Up/Down, Left, Right | 2 times 30 sec each)

> 200 Jelqs
(I did it at 30-40% erection, I don’t know if I should raise it, but it was my first day trying it out, maybe tomorrow I’ll do it at a higher erection)

> 7-8 min Shower Warm-Down

> 10 min Edging
(I couldn’t make more Edging because I’m really having a bad time trying to get at least near to climax, I had a NoFap time before, and I don’t know, maybe I’ve lost some sensitivity.)

That was it, for now I haven’t got any PIs , but after the Jelq, I really felt my ligs, not at the point to feel pain, in fact, I haven’t felt any pain. After the Warm-Down I felt my penis very relaxed, that felt really good.
For now I’ll be doing 3 days on / 2 days off and after that 2 days on/ 1 day off.
My starting size is at the Status right below here, I think. I couldn’t measure the MSEG yet because I don’t have the specific ruler.

I hope that I start feel some PIs soon. I’m so glad I found this forum.

Planned a hard schedule to start off. Alternating days would be safer since you don’t know the boundaries of your penis yet.

Try to jelq with erection level around 60 to 80%, you should reap more benefits when compared to jelqing with lower erection.

Notable PI take a little longer to appear, more like 1 to 2 weeks.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Now 7.5” x 4.9” (5.1" BEG)

Forgot to mention that I’ll be doing some Kegels whenever it comes up to my mind. I don’t really know how do Kegels work, so I’ll start reading about it.

It would be a good idea to click on the Beginners Guide
https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginn…what-expect.htm Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to continue with the beginners routine for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavers.

2nd day:

Did pretty much the same routine as yesterday:

> 10 Warm-Up
> 4 min Stretching
> 200 Wet Jelqs
> Warm Down
And then I did some Kegels.

Tomorrow is my rest day, I don’t feel anything new since starting, but it is too soon to start feeling/seeing any PI.

I’m feeling my penis very relaxed, I think that’s due the warms-up/down.

I don’t feel any pain at all, but I really feel my ligs while stretching/jelq

After a few hours I started to feel my penis tired, just like when you exercise other part of your body, I think it is a good sign, but I’ll be searching about it later anyway.

Sort of a achyness feeling, just found out that it is a Neutral PI, since I’m beginning this should be fine.

Could be coming from the lubricant.

Yeah.. Probably using olive oil wasn’t the best idea after all.
I’ll be buying a real body lubricant on the next week.

Feeling quite achy near the frenulum and at the ligs, it isn’t something that I can’t stand, but it is still kind of scary to me, I’ll probably going to make less Jelqs, and have some more rest days, I don’t want to risk making the condition worse.

I noticed a little flacid length and girth gain, but I won’t take it as a positive PI due of the achyness.

If you start freaking out, you’d better stop PE for a few days and relax. And yes, you should do less jelqs, 200 sounds excessive to me!

Hey, Thanks for the advice. I’ve been reading your report and I got a very good piece of knowledge from there, and I agree with you, comparing to other Newbie’s Routines in the forum, 200 jelqs is really excessive, I’ll probably stick with 100 Jelqs.

I’m going to take some days off until I feel that I’m completely recovered from this.

Well, my PE journey started with a minor injury so I know how scary it can be even if it’s nothing bad. It is tempting at first to do more in order to see more gains at the end of the month. But that’s the easiest way to the injury. And even if there’s no injury, some say that doing too much turned them into hard gainers. Nonetheless PE isn’t an exact science, so you have to experiment for yourself. But experimenting heavy routines is a risky bet.
