So, after some time without doing any PE, I decided to go back in action, but with another routine, this time focused in Jelq.
My EQ was total shit, and still today it ain’t something amazing, but after these days without masturbating or PEing at all, I felt an even worse EQ, and my girth just vanished away, so I decided to do something new.
So this time I’ll do something very consistent, because I feel that this time it will work out:
3 on, 2 off.
- Warm Up:
I use a pair or socks to cover my dick and I go to a hot shower, and I keep it there under the shower, but I’m really careful to not burn my unit, I do this for about 5 minutes.
- Stretching:
I just do 30sec stretching up and down, so I do it for about 1 minute. I believe that 4 minutes stretching was making EQ worse, so I just do enough to feel my ligs.
- Wet Jelq:
I do 100 jelqs with 2sec with 50-70% erection. This has been working out amazingly to me, in the first two days my flaccid already got girthy as it used to be before, and popped up some veins that I’ve never seen in my unit before, that is what made me get hopeful again.
- Warm Down
- Edging (Jerking Off?):
So, I tried Edging as well in this routine, but I always end up cumming, so I don’t really count is as Edging, and I think that by doing that I could limit gains, so I’ll be mastering it through time.
I really have doubts about masturbating cutting off gains, If someone could help me with that I would be grateful.
