First off, welcome to TP. Really is the best place for PE.

Remember that the first few months is more about conditioning your penis than it is about working it hard. So take it slow, listen to your body and especially your dick. Start with 60 jelqs and add 20 every week as your penis gets used to the exercises. If you need to take a break, take a break. That’s when most of the gains happen anyway. During the healing process.

Keep it safe, take it easy, and work on your patience. The only thing in PE you get fast is injured. Gains take time. Take it slow.

Well, my PE journey started with a minor injury so I know how scary it can be even if it’s nothing bad. It is tempting at first to do more in order to see more gains at the end of the month. But that’s the easiest way to the injury. And even if there’s no injury, some say that doing too much turned them into hard gainers. Nonetheless PE isn’t an exact science, so you have to experiment for yourself. But experimenting heavy routines is a risky bet.

Thank you guys so much, I’ll be doing what PTW said, it sounds like a great routine for me right now. I’ve been reading a lot of threads here in Thunders and saw that I should be really taking it slow, my gains will appear soon :)

Today is my 3rd day Rest.

Just found out that Olive Oil is actually pretty good as a lube, just have been searching around the forum about it, and a lot of people only has good things to say about it.
I will be doing 100 jelqs each routine, if I feel that I really need to cut them even more, I’ll be doing the routine PTW suggested me.

Starting by tomorrow. :D

Glad I could help. Remember that you only have one dick, so look after it. Always check your PI’s.

If you do have time, then try adding a 20 minute edging session after your routine just before warm down. It will help with healing and cementing any possible gains you could have made during that session.

This is just a note for myself when I start PE again, I’m not having enough privacy.

Routine: (Starting from 10/09/2017)

> 15 min Warm-Up
> 4 min Stretching (up,down,right,left)
> 70 Wet Jelqs
> 10-15 min Edging w/ Kegels
> 15 min Warm-Down

I’ll be starting low just to know the boundaries of my dick, and to see if I will gain any PI.
Strongest PI that I can receive is having mourning woods, since I haven’t had any since the beginning of this year.

I’ll be measuring month to month.

So I finally did the routine today, and it was:

> Warm-Up
> 4 min Stretching
> 70 Wet Jelqs
> 10 min Edging
> Warm-Down
> 50 Kegels

I got a really nice boner while Edging. Although it is pretty hard to me to get to the PONR, I got to it several times, but at the end I ended up cumming, I don’t know if this is bad but I’ll be searching about it.

Not feeling any pain or my ligs at all.

So after a full rest day, today I made my routine as well:

> Warm Up
> 4 min Stretching
> 70 Wet Jelqs (With normal grip and the OK grip)
> Edging
> Warm-Down
> Kegels whenever I remember of them
Doing 1 on and 1 off.

I made some better Edging today, but I did it just after I finished Jelqing, should I be waiting more time before I start Edging?
I kinda feel my penis tired, not sore, but tired. I’ll take one more rest day, and then I’ll do a session without Edging just how to see how my PIs react.

I don’t like it neither when it feels tired, especially just before going to bed. That’s why I do my routine at the end of the day, so it can rest a few hours before sleeping. You also could reduce the number of jelqs to 50 (that’s what I do: 50 jelqs, 5 sec each) and continue edging. Or, as you say, wait a few weeks before incorporating edging to your routine. But I’m sure Pleasingthewife will advise you to keep edging. ;-)

I’m still mastering Jelq yet, I don’t think that I can do 5 seconds each without my hand slipping too quickly to the end of the shaft haha, but I read somewhere in TP that longer jelqs works very well for some people, so I’ll definitely try, thanks for the advice.

Noticed today a more girthy flaccid size, my forehead skin is slightly above where it used to be, since I’m uncut I don’t think it should be a problem.

I really want to measure it, but I still don’t have that ruler due to lazyness. :D

So, I kind of gave up on PE because in my head it was making a problem that I already had become even worse, my shitty EQ.

Since the beginning of this year I started to feel bad EQ, and it was due to stress and depression, and I believe that it broke my mind and also my erections.

I started PE because I thought that it would solve my problems quickly but it doesn’t work that way, I just couldn’t have any night or morning woods, I just was able to get boners when I was watching porn or when making out with someone. Because of that also I got a complex about my penis size, just after I started having those problems I noticed my penis size more than ever before in my life, so I kept measuring it all the time and that really fucked me up.

I’ll take another week off, without porn nor masturbation, just leave my dick alone, I’ll focus on studying and going to the gym everyday, and seek for a better sleeping, I feel like I need to give my life a fresh new start.

I would appreciate some advices on my EQ, but I’ll be taking a break from PE, again.

Hi new too this form first day as a member found your thread was looking for info on someone starting out like me so I can compare progress and avoid doing negative things that will affect long-term progress. I read you’re having some trouble with EQ I too was having this problem about 3 months ago it was due to stress being out of shape and honestly some depression no morning wood and would go soft having sex too about 50-70% EQ quality so decided to try Cialis did a little research and found out that Cialis has a one a day low dose pill but didn’t have a prescription so went cross to Mexico and picked up a box of 2.5mg to try out after 3 or 4 days of taking this stuff morning wood was back and EQ was at 100% best sex ever. After my first month of continuous use felt motivated to step it up a notch by losing some weight so started gym been at it for a month now and 2nd month of Cialis. Found Cialis too be to expensive and started ordering online generic and it’s working just as good at almost half the cost now on my 3rd month and decided too steep it up even more and try too boost my size was at 5.5x4.8 order bath-mate and have used about 6times now and already at 5.5x5.0 now adding stretching .

Thank you for the advice, but I really don’t want to mess around with those pills, since they have collateral effects, but who knows in the future? Congrats in your EQ

So, after some time without doing any PE, I decided to go back in action, but with another routine, this time focused in Jelq.
My EQ was total shit, and still today it ain’t something amazing, but after these days without masturbating or PEing at all, I felt an even worse EQ, and my girth just vanished away, so I decided to do something new.

So this time I’ll do something very consistent, because I feel that this time it will work out:

3 on, 2 off.

- Warm Up:
I use a pair or socks to cover my dick and I go to a hot shower, and I keep it there under the shower, but I’m really careful to not burn my unit, I do this for about 5 minutes.

- Stretching:
I just do 30sec stretching up and down, so I do it for about 1 minute. I believe that 4 minutes stretching was making EQ worse, so I just do enough to feel my ligs.

- Wet Jelq:
I do 100 jelqs with 2sec with 50-70% erection. This has been working out amazingly to me, in the first two days my flaccid already got girthy as it used to be before, and popped up some veins that I’ve never seen in my unit before, that is what made me get hopeful again.

- Warm Down

- Edging (Jerking Off?):
So, I tried Edging as well in this routine, but I always end up cumming, so I don’t really count is as Edging, and I think that by doing that I could limit gains, so I’ll be mastering it through time.

I really have doubts about masturbating cutting off gains, If someone could help me with that I would be grateful.

I’ve finished the 3 days on, I’ll see how things go in the rest days, I’ll be updating here.

Hi Ninj4,

Are you particularly stressed these times? It could have a negative effect on your EQ. Same thing if you focus too much on your bad EQ, it’s a vicious cycle (but extra days of rest is never a bad idea, especially when you notice negative PI’s).

That might be a good idea to reduce the stretches, indeed. They say stretching is bad for EQ. I think I saw Thoughtfulgold recently saying that 5 mins stretching was already too much for a start. So the vast majority of newbies (myself included) start overdoing it.
