After all the reading I’ve been doing lately, I’ve decided to finally start trying this stuff out. I started December 1st, so that I could have a good starting point. So far what I’ve been doing is this as my routine:

5 min Hot Wrap - Sock with Rice thrown in microwave for 1 minute
(1x5)x2 Stretches - 5 Manual Stretches, 1 Minute Each, Twice (Down, Up, Down Left, Down Right, Straight out)
20 Minute Wet Jelq - First day I started 20 minutes, but as I felt comfortable with it I upped to 30 minutes. Each stroke lasts about 3 seconds, with a semi-erection.
5 min Hot Wrap - In the shower, as when I’m done I like to wash off the Vaseline

Next session (tomorrow) I’m gonna start to kegel after each session, Maybe about 200 kegels held for 5 seconds each.

I’ve also been reading alot about V-Stretches, Isometrics, and Hanging.

I tried to do a little hanging before I started this PE routine a few days ago, and I ended up getting a tiny bit injured so I stopped. I made my own weight design, but it sucked.

I got a sock, filled it with these Weight Vest weights I had, it was about 12 lbs (6 weights each weight is 2 pounds), cut a hole straight through the top of the sock, put my unit through the hole, tied the sock on with a shoe lace, and let the sucker hang for 5 minutes. I ended up getting these small scrapes right at the start of my Glands from the string, but it’s healed almost completely in the past 4 days since I did it. I’m not using that method again, if I decide to hang weights I’ll use one of the methods here.

My question is that should I include some more work outs in my routine? I know that’s the newbie routine, and then some, but I consider myself a rather tough person, and have usually been above average in everything I’ve done, and in some of the things the best I’ve ever seen. Not being cocky ( no pun intended) or anything. And even though my penis is around average I want something better. Much better. I wanna be able to walk around naked and everyone will be like “my god look at that penis!”. Now I don’t intend on doing that, I’m just saying for a reference that’s what I want.

Anyway here are my starting measurements:

12*01*05:
BP (bone pressed) - 6.75
BPFSL (bone pressed flaccid stretched length) - 7”
EG (erect girth) - 5.25”
EL (erect length) - 6.5
FG (flaccid girth) - 4”
FL (flaccid length) - 4”
SL (stretched length) - 6.75

I plan on stopping the exercises after I reach about 7.5 inches, and 6.5 girth, I guess you can say that’s my goal. Seems reasonable, ehh? But I feel I won’t reach those gains on my own, so anyone who feels on putting in some input as to a routine modification I should try out, feel free to post it. Or maybe a change or addition I should do, in a few weeks or something? Thanks all.

To me, you know what fit you and your penis :D I got nothing to say beside “Good luck and good gains”.

Anyway, it’s hardly to say if you should add some more work outs in your routine because PEers are different, you’ll have to figure it out by yourself, but I suggest not to overdo it (as you mentioned you are a tough person :D ). Take it slow, gains are coming your way.
I know what I’m saying is too general and a little redundant to what you have read here, but what else could I say :D

Hi, I am a newbie.
I discovered this website yesterday and I read some passages in these two days.

It is just like a new discovery that my penis can gain in length and girth! Coz I am a Chinese and I don’t have a huge thing. Sometimes I think mine is too short and thin.

And since I am living with my parents and sister at home during weekends and holidays, I do not think I can have time and space to do the warm warp (with towel or sock rice or tea cup(?)) and the stretching and jelqing. I can only do it when I am having bath. But I really have no idea how to start. Some say stretching first and some say jelqing first.

On weekdays I live in the dorm of my university and of course I barely have privacy coz there’s only a public bathroom and I share my room with my roommate.

I hope I can train my dick. Please give any advice. :)

I’m also Chinese and I’ve been doing the newbie routine since November 1st.

I started out small - typical oriental cock - but after a couple of weeks, I began to see and feel a noticeable difference! It definitely has gotten slightly longer and it’s certainly alot thicker (especially in the flaccid state), I hope to gain at least an inch, both ways, by November ‘06 which is when I will make my first progress measurement.

For my warm-up, I use a hot water bottle - half filled - so that I can wrap it around my cock. I leave it there for 5mins then I warm up the base for another 5mins as I always start with the manual stretches first. I then proceed to dry jelq - I find this less messy - for 7 sets of 30 reps (10reps of C-Grip, 10reps of overhand OK grip and 10reps of overhand pinch grip). I find I don’t get the ‘Donut’ effect anymore by jelqing this way, but then everyone’s different.

The best advice anyone can give you is to try the newbie routine and give it some time before switching to different grips, pressures and intensities. Everyone CAN find some time for themselves so when you do, just make the most of all your time and workouts as this benefits you greatly!

I started to do some stretching when having a bath only. I did a bit stretching and then dry jelq but found a bit difficult since my dick is not that long and thick, it’s hard to do the jelqing like the demonstration in the video. But I still try to grip and jelq.

I have 4 questions here. :)
1. I read some posts in which some suggested to do stretching whenever you have the chance and time. For example, before sleeping, stretch it in the bed with cover so that no one could notice. But is it necessary to warm-up before stretching? So.. It is not possible to stretch in bed?

2. Is it possible to gain in length AND girth by just stretching and jelqing? I found some ways suggested in this site, such as “Sadsak Slinky”, which can increase the girth. But it seems that it is not for beginners and it is quite dangerous. I wonder if I can gain length and girth by JUST doing the stretching and jelqing.

3. Is it possible to jelq (dry or wet) without trimming or shaving my pubic hair? I never shave or trim it.

4. Some people mentioned “discoloration” but I still do not know what exactly it is after reading the posts. Is it something bad and unhealthy? Is there any way to avoid it or cure it ?

No need to apologise for asking questions, afterall, we’re all in this together and I’m sure there are many guys in here that would as the same if not more.

1. Yeah, I read those posts too about stretching whenever you get the chance. Personally, I don’t practice this form of stretching. I always wait until the evening where I stretch first, then jelq immediately thereafter. I feel my cock is nicely warmed up and ready for a full session instead of a pull here and there throughout the day, but that’s just me.

2. From what I’ve read, length and girth is mostly achieved through just stretching and jelqing. Many guys have gained incredibly just from stretching and jelqing! I believe that stretching and jelqing is the cornerstone of PE. As for the Sadsak Slinky, I would leave those techniques till you’ve gained a good amount of experience first before attempting anything that your cock isn’t accustomed to yet. All exercises have a certain danger to it but if done correctly and patiently, the benefits will out weigh the risks.

3. I’ve been shaving my pubic hair since I started puberty! I never liked the hairy look - same thing goes for girls I date, they have to shave - I find it unsightly. I also find that by shaving, it does make jelqing alot easier (you won’t catch a hair when you grip and jelq.ouch!). I’ve never wet-jelqed and don’t plan on doing so either, dry jelqing is just less messy and alot quicker. If you decide to shave, start with a small pair of scissors first to trim to a decent shaving length, then use a razor and shave with the grain (if you shave against the grain first time, the area will become inflamed from trauma!). Shaving the scrotum sack is easy too, just lift the sack and stretch - just like a girl does when she pulls her labia’s apart - and again, shave with the grain.

4. I’ve yet to encounter some discolouration but from what I’ve read, it is quite common. As for a cure, I’m sorry I can’t answer that question!

Don’t worry, keep on stretching and jelqing, your boy will be longer and thicker :D so that you can grab him easily.

Warming up is everywhere recommended for newbie. If you want to play with your dick when you’re in bed, you can do a 5 minutes warming up when you take a bath (right before you go to bed).

I gained in length and girth with only stretching and jelqing routines. So will you.
I don’t think you can find other routines that suit you as the newbie one at the moment.

No, discoloration is not bad at all :) Cure? Well, it’s hard to answer, do a search on “discoloration”. Specify hobby or daboogies as member’s name, I believe there were a bunch of thread discussed about it.

Hey Clarkson,

No need to thank me for anything, I’m just happy that you’ve taken my advice - and also Daboogie’s too - and decided to do the newbie routine (I’m still on the newbie routine myself and will continue to til the gains slow down).

1. Should you wear boxers or briefs? That’s entirely up to you and down to your own personal preference as I personally don’t see how either would be tight or hinder any gains. Personally, I don’t wear any kind of underwear and haven’t done since puberty! I just like the freedom down there!

2. You really should follow the newbie routine as it states I.e.; 2 days on, 1 day off etc. In my opinion, for the best results, I would follow the newbie routine until gains slow down then add an extra day til the gains slow down again and so on. A vast majority of guys have stuck to the newbie routine and have gained incredibly well!

You just got to start out gently, just like with any form of exercise you perform whether it be bodybuilding, yoga or PE. When I stretch and jelq, I always aim to get some kind of DOCS (Delayed Onset Cock Soreness) the next day. If I’m too sore, I simply give it another days rest and then continue the very next day.

Always listen to what your body is trying to tell you.

Yes it works for me. Currently, after only a month of that routine, I’ve already increased .25 inches in length. Nothing on girth yet. This month I started stretching for an extra set, hanging, and clamping now. I feel comfortable with it, even though I know it’s not advised.
