Just Started PEing December 1st
After all the reading I’ve been doing lately, I’ve decided to finally start trying this stuff out. I started December 1st, so that I could have a good starting point. So far what I’ve been doing is this as my routine:
5 min Hot Wrap - Sock with Rice thrown in microwave for 1 minute
(1x5)x2 Stretches - 5 Manual Stretches, 1 Minute Each, Twice (Down, Up, Down Left, Down Right, Straight out)
20 Minute Wet Jelq - First day I started 20 minutes, but as I felt comfortable with it I upped to 30 minutes. Each stroke lasts about 3 seconds, with a semi-erection.
5 min Hot Wrap - In the shower, as when I’m done I like to wash off the Vaseline
Next session (tomorrow) I’m gonna start to kegel after each session, Maybe about 200 kegels held for 5 seconds each.
I’ve also been reading alot about V-Stretches, Isometrics, and Hanging.
I tried to do a little hanging before I started this PE routine a few days ago, and I ended up getting a tiny bit injured so I stopped. I made my own weight design, but it sucked.
I got a sock, filled it with these Weight Vest weights I had, it was about 12 lbs (6 weights each weight is 2 pounds), cut a hole straight through the top of the sock, put my unit through the hole, tied the sock on with a shoe lace, and let the sucker hang for 5 minutes. I ended up getting these small scrapes right at the start of my Glands from the string, but it’s healed almost completely in the past 4 days since I did it. I’m not using that method again, if I decide to hang weights I’ll use one of the methods here.
My question is that should I include some more work outs in my routine? I know that’s the newbie routine, and then some, but I consider myself a rather tough person, and have usually been above average in everything I’ve done, and in some of the things the best I’ve ever seen. Not being cocky ( no pun intended) or anything. And even though my penis is around average I want something better. Much better. I wanna be able to walk around naked and everyone will be like “my god look at that penis!”. Now I don’t intend on doing that, I’m just saying for a reference that’s what I want.
Anyway here are my starting measurements:
BP (bone pressed) - 6.75
BPFSL (bone pressed flaccid stretched length) - 7”
EG (erect girth) - 5.25”
EL (erect length) - 6.5
FG (flaccid girth) - 4”
FL (flaccid length) - 4”
SL (stretched length) - 6.75
I plan on stopping the exercises after I reach about 7.5 inches, and 6.5 girth, I guess you can say that’s my goal. Seems reasonable, ehh? But I feel I won’t reach those gains on my own, so anyone who feels on putting in some input as to a routine modification I should try out, feel free to post it. Or maybe a change or addition I should do, in a few weeks or something? Thanks all.
