Hi Xeno, been playing around with your nice vice and tiger trap idea and would like your thoughts on it.
First am I correct that you orient the TT with the teeth and groove at right angles to the shaft ?

I’ve been thinking of building a modified NV with the lower face having a lengthwise groove in it for the CS to sit in and the upper face having a profile like two cylinders
along its length, these would sit one over each CC so when tightened they would force the CCs sideways.
I can try and post a drawing if needed.

Any thoughts ?

Well mostly I offer encouragement to build it and experiment with it. Reports of the explorations of others is what informs our own exploratory plans!

FWIW, the concept that informed the TT design was to simultaneously accomplish differential stretching of both the tunica and the smooth muscle within the CCs (any deformation of the CS I considered a bonus) in the longitudinal direction by means of compression over what is effectively a set of micro-fulcrums. The TT does these really well.

Knowing that compressive forces yield EG gains (strain ellipse mechanics or otherwise…it works), I was hoping that, because of the design objective of stretching in the longitudinal direction, that use of the TT would result in both EG and EL gains. It has for me; ~0.125” EG and ~0.25” EL so far, although the rapid emergence of lig-work induced inner penis that I’ve recently experienced, and the EL gains that they represent, complicates the EL assessment a bit.

Question for Xenolith

Hello Xenolith,

I’m very new to the forum, and I have spent the last week reading your version of IPR application to PE. I understand that there are different ways many here have gained both EL and EG; however, I am very interested in applying IPR principles to my PE training. I’d like to ask you (since I’ve followed your story from 2004 or 2005) one question: How would you map out the routine (I’m assuming EL first, but I may be completely wrong) you would follow as a complete beginner, progressing to an intermediate, and finally, moving on as an advanced PE’er based upon the experience you’ve gained now?

In other words, how would you go about your PE career if you were starting over from scratch. What devices would you use for each stage?

At crazeddog’s request, installment 1 of the answer to the “what would you do knowing what you know now” question:

Little background: Ligament lengthening and ligament breaking have provided what my best guess is 2/3rds of my length gains thus far; that being: of the 2.625” total to date, I attribute 1.75” to ligament modifications and the remaining 1/3rd, 0.875”, to soft tissue work; that being smooth muscle of the CCs and associated tunica (really collagenous, but unavoidablely involved in soft tissue work). Point being: I like lig work. And that informs my opinion of what types, associations, sequences and frequencies of PE work is most likely to be most effective at generating penis volume growth, with an emphasis on length gains in the Newbie phase, transitioning to both length and girth gains through Advanced and into Ninja. The rather unlikely to be true assumption that underlies the design of the protocol below is that other penises will respond to it in a manner similar to what I think mine would based on how I’ve seen my penis respond to different stress application methods and protocols. The protocol presented below is largely similar to what I’ve actually done over the course of my heretofore 12 year PE career, but is much simpler and requires much less time, in several ways, mostly no stretcher use (Cock Coil (CC) use instead) and less emphasis on hanging (Bucking Bronco (BB) and Sumo Stretches (SS) instead).

Newbie: (1 day on/2 days off, 3-6 weeks on/1-3 months off)

IPR based jelqing:
1. jelqing (wet; with olive oil, really it’s the best for this purpose), starting with whatever seems right; for most guys, I would think that would be from 20 - 50 or so. Use a multiplier of (1.1) x (# of jelqs from previous session) to calculate the # of jelqs for the next session.
2. done at a frequency of 1 day on/2 days off (i.e. 1 session) for cycles of from 2 - 6 weeks (depending on Physiological Indicators (PIs))
3. rest period of 1 to 3 months between cycles (depending on Physiological Indicators (PIs)…and your ability to resist re-starting the next cycle prematurely)

IPR based downward stretches:
1. starting with whatever seems right; for most guys, I would think that would be from 10 -30 or so. Duration from 10-15 seconds or so. Use a multiplier of (1.1) x (# of stretches from previous session) to calculate the # of stretches for the next session.

• Cock Coil use:
1. one CC over two Hair Tie Wraps (HTW); for whatever configurations of time you can manage. A little is much better than none; a lot isn’t much better than a little.
2. OK to use during the 1-3 month duration breaks between cycles (macro-R phase for IPR affianados), essentially making it macro-R phase for soft tissue only; for ligaments, it’s always macro-P phase.

Well BD appears to have been right when he indicated that suspensory lig gains are something that are available for a period of time and then, once exploited and realized, they are not…until adaptation occurs and then they are ‘re-loaded’ for additional gains. Lig pops from BB and SS efforts have diminished to ~50%, down from about 98%. It’s been a very good run though, ~ 3 cubic inches in 10 weeks.

Will do my weekend soft tissue work this weekend, see how that goes and decide what (if any?) tissues (ligs and/or soft tissue) to rest.

Reasoned recommendations welcome.

Did you ever do fulcrum stretches?

Monochrome uses a vachanger to perform them with a rope attached to the foot . Working with hands may be even better.

It would give time for your ligs to repair themselves and still work on length .

At the time I mentioned that, my own spurt of newbie-like lig gains had just come to an end. My hypothesis at the time, and still now, is that the ligs themselves can be stretched much faster than the tunica and penis shaft. Considering that the “rope like” part of the ligament is much smaller in diameter, this intuitively makes sense.

Another part of my thinking that I didn’t mention here was that the ligs have a “rope like” part, and then an insertion area. Going along with the ship and mooring analogy, the mooring would not attach to a single point like the cleats on a ship. Instead it would be more like being glued to the ship, or even more accurately, seamlessly interweaving with the fabric of the ship. And not to a single point, but to a large area. This link to a medical drawing of the ligaments of the knee gives some idea of my hypothesis of a so called “blended insertion” of the penile ligaments. Considering that the penis ligaments attach to other connective tissue - as opposed to bone, this “interwoven” quality is even more likely, but I admit I don’t know the true anatomy.

So my hypothesis was that the much slower tunica gains lengthen that area of blended insertion (comprising most of the proximal lateral/dorsal area of the shaft). But the ligament part of the blended area limits the expression of those gains. I.e. the tunica has grown, but the ligaments that are (again not sure if this is the true anatomy of the situation) “encasing” that area of the tunica have not yet grown. Then we can take advantage of the quick easy-to-grow ligament stretching, which both lengthens the rope-like part, and stretches out the blended insertion area, and expresses the hard won tunica gains in a matter of weeks. In other words, the interwoven ship-mooring area gets bigger, and the rope gets longer at the same time to accommodate for this embiggening.

At some point, the quicker ligament growth catches up with the tunica, and there is no more potential shaft to be expressed by this quick growth. We can keep stretching the moorings out, but it won’t do anything until more tunica gains occur. In fact they will begin to resist in concert - which will still feel like a large “work load” for the ligaments, but for the much tougher tunica, it won’t be doing much, and the quick gains come to a halt.

Thus tunica based length gains will only tend to express in the form of distal shaft growth - until ligament work is down to express the gain of the proximal shaft area. Perhaps the fastest gains would still come by stretching both out in concert at the marginal limit, a la Bib theory. However, the more time-efficient way would be the IPR based method of working the tunica for 6-12 months, and then quickly doing the equivalent lig work in a period of 1-2 months, all while benefiting from the health and regeneration from remodeling done with IPR decon breaks.

This is my internal resolution for the concept of the “inner penis being pulled out” which never quite sat right with me. It also jives with the LOT phenomenon. The most proximal point of the blended insertion area would be right next to the pubic bone over our entire PE career, however the most distal point will be 1-2” further away from the pubic bone. The entire area of insertion would grow along with the shaft under this hypothesis.

Fricken’ sweet Dude! I consider this a plausible mechanism for the generally considered credible “See Saw” effect of gains manifesting from alternating lig work and girth work.

Glad to add a bit to the knowledge base that has benefit me so much. :)

Regarding the See-Saw effect, hadn’t thought of that since I was thinking in terms of length, but it makes sense. Any proximal shaft gains, whether length or girth, would increase the area of insertion, and tighten the ropes a bit. If the idea is accurate, the ligs and the shaft would be in a tug of war for growth, each cyclically limiting and then potentiating gains in the other.

Advanced: (1 day on/2 days off, 3-6 weeks on/1-3 months off; 6 months—>several years)
1. Stretches:
• Bucking Bronco every morning
• Sumo Stretches throughout the day
2. IPR based jelqing:
1. jelqing (wet; with olive oil), I would think that most guys would be at from 200 - 500 or so by this phase of their PE career.
2. done at a frequency of 1 day on/2 days off (i.e. 1 session) for cycles of from 2 - 6 weeks (depending on Physiological Indicators (PIs)); rest period of 1 to 3 months between cycles (depending on PIs).
3. IPR based hanging:
1. Use a work multiplier of (1.1) x (lbs. x time) from previous session to calculate work (lbs. x time) for the next session. Use SD, BTC and Swami positions.
4. Cock Coil use:
1. one CC over two Hair Tie Wraps (HTW); for whatever configurations of time you can manage. A little is much better than none; a lot isn’t much better than a little.
5. Soft Tissue Work:
Any combination of: Clamped squeezes, Ulis, Horse 440s, Cable Clamp Cock Coffin (CCCC) style clamping, Pumping, etc. Also done IPR style, still 1 day on/2 days off, 3-6 weeks on/1-3 months off, but also seeking to increase “intensity” of succeeding sessions. Think of intensity in the same way as rainfall intensity, the product of the amount of rainfall times the duration of it’s falling…so with girth work, increase the amount of stress applied and the duration of it’s application. The 1.1:1 multiplier may or may not be particularly useful with soft tissue work.
