I’m putting my pictures out there, and hope others will post progress to keep this going.

I lost 125 pounds in about 8 months doing the Keto diet, and here is the change.
Before: You can see the fat pad. ~5.5”
After: Had a ruler this time. Greater than 8”
Goal: Lose that last bit of pad!

So if you want gains and have weight that can be lost.. That 1” per fifty pounds worked for me.
Any doubts, match up the v shaped veins right on top.

Congrats on the gains and weight loss. What is your height and body fat%? Did you lose the majority of your fat pad towards the end of the weight loss or was it fairly even? I’m down 100, but my fat pad has barely changed.

Perodin and Backcountry1, those are incredible and inspiring accomplishments.

Backcountry1 the small change in your fat pad is likely from burning visceral fat (aka intra-abdominal fat), which is generally lost first. Losing visceral fat is huge for overall health, but won’t make as much difference to that pelvic pad as losing subcutaneous fat. Hopefully that is the case for you and you have large losses / gains coming soon!

Great Job, keep it up! I am 6’3” and my body fat now sits at around 15%, and my goal is to continue the weight loss till I get to 10%. The weight seems to have come off evenly for the most part, but I am nowhere close to losing my pad as you can see in the later picture. The wall I an contending with now involves stubborn fats. It is taking many weeks to creep down each few pounds, and those last pounds are the ones that largely smooth everything back out. I can say that my gains were noticed better over time, and required a confidence reorientation. I’m still learning how thin I seem to people, and the same goes for my penis size. Not in a bad way, but I am still working through some mental body dysmorphia about the changes on both fronts. Thinking I have a decent dick and body, and knowing/experiencing it are still working their way into focus.
