DTR —7 hrs. Remaining taped . Seems that when taped , I’m stretching the outer skin , because of the way
I apply the glans cap . When I use the DTR , it feels like the inner skin is getting worked .
Either way it’s good .
I may resume the routine tomorrow .

Been several days not posted here ,but since nobody checks in , it’s okay .This is for my friends .
Still doing p90x and going to the club .Doing foreskin restoration with the DTR .

Leg Lifts -200 reps .
Bi’s -40 lbs. - 20 reps. - 4 sets.
Tri’s - 50 lbs. - 20 reps. - 3 sets.
Back Row - 78 lbs. -25 reps . 100 lbs. -50 reps.
Shoulders - 15 lbs. - 50 reps.
Back Raises - 10 reps.
Assisted Chin and Dips - 20 reps -90 lbs. each.

p90x - Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X .
I’m getting so much better doing the push-ups . I’m weak in the shoulders , and am doing what I can .
This is working as I can do , now , 10 or 12 with good form . All these are getting easier as I go .

PE today , I’ve decided to do JP’s again . With the exception of no jelqs , and adding JAI Stretches .
I’ll try this routine , doing these for 5 days for length , and adding Compressive Squeezes and Inner Pulls and Jelqs , every other day for girth . Taking 2 days off per week .
I’ll try that and see how I do .
I’ll have to figure out how to fit p90x in here also .
I’ll get it all done because that’s what I want !!!

So tonight : Rotary and Directional Stretches , JAI Stretches , and Kegals . WoHoo , I’m Baaacck !!!

Bi’s - 4 sets x 20 at 30 lbs .
Tri’s - 4 sets x 30 at 60 lbs .
Rows - 1 set x 25 at 78 lbs . 2 sets x 25 at 100 lbs .
Chest - 2 sets x 30 at 15 lbs .
Assisted Chin and Dips - 20 reps each x 80 lbs .which means I was lifting 100 lbs .
Damn , I’m so weak on these .

PE - Just stretches tonight , per JP .
4 sets -rotary and directional , plus JAI stretches .
For some reason I’m not including any edging . I must be D-uh !!
I always measure better after .
So , I’ll edge after .
p90x tonight is the yoga section . These always make me sweat, well !!

Did some edging last night after my routine .
Man , my libido has come back .
I was stroking and pulling him and feeling SO friggin’ good .
Since I’m restoring my skin , I pull on it to enhance the stretch .
Then , I get into a rotating pull , and can’t easily stop .
I measured after , and got 6.5” with a 8 or 9 EQ .

I’ve heated myself , so I may have a simple stretch this evening .
Along with some edging .We’ll see if I can restrain my exuberance .

No club today .

Had my DTR on for , 11 hrs. , 7 hrs . , 8 hrs.
Today -2 hrs . Thinking I’m having it on too long , at times .
Maybe not . When I forget it , he get cool and pinched .
Then , I have to unhitch him and shake him good .

Well , he’s 6.45 ” tonight .
I thought that I’d pulled on him too much last night while edging .
My MW was off , but, when I greeted him , he horned up .
DTR was helping for 9 hrs .

No Club today .
p90x was x-stretch . A lot of yoga style postures . Very good for the body !!

For PE , when doing JP’s last night , I did stretches . Wet jelqs and the V-jelqs . for the first time in a while .
100 wet and 60 - V-jelqs .
Then did some edging . That got into rotary stretches . I was pulling hard enough to see movement .
But , I kept myself in check .
I was just thinking how good it would be to have someone help with my routine !!!

So , since last night was so rough on pecker , I’ll just do 1 set of stretches , and see how he is tomorrow .
