My friend is a happy 6.5” again .
This is good , because I’m not overdoing my routine .
I’m carrying a fat flaccid right now , and I love it .
Posted a new pic of my DTR’ed pecker .
No stretching today . He felt like a break , so he got one .

Doing just stretches tonight , and I few jelq pulls .
I’ve not been PEing so much lately .
I guess I need mental break for a bit .

Club : Still light from my injury .
Leg Lifts -60 reps.
Bi’s - 1 set - 30 reps. x 25 lbs. - 1 set -16 x 35 lbs.
Tri’s - 30 reps. x 60 lbs. - over head -18 reps. x 50 lbs.
Back & Shoulder - 1 set x 20 at 75 lbs.
Assisted C& D - 2 sets - 6 reps each - 80 lbs. offset.
Shoulder Delts - 2 sets - 25 reps. x 30 lbs.
Chest - 30 reps at 12.5 lbs.

p90x - Yoga X - 90 minutes of “it’s just stretches , dooks “.
Keep saying , It’s only stretching !! This reminds me what they are .

Well , I guess I didn’t overdo it last night .
Woke up with a good MW , EQ 7 or so .
DeTRed for 6 hrs . When I peeled my DTR back to shake him out ,
my glans was all mashed up . Guess it was time to let him get a breath .
I some times have to mash him under the cap to get it back on and the skin pulled back up .
But , I love the effect I’m getting .

No Club today .
p90x -Chest and Back . When they do advanced , I just stay in good form and do what I can .
I’ll get there eventually .

PE tonight will be very light as I’ve had a day .
Like last night , lazy ass stretches and some jelqs .
Helped by my Rice Socks .
I’ll get back on the band wagon soon .

Still 6.5” .
Had the DTR on for 5 hrs .
No Club or p90x tonight , damn it .
Mucked up my ribs and my chiro told me to not do anything to engage my ribs till I heal .
So , here I am .
I can do the the large exercise ball to stretch my chest and psoabs (spelling?) .
I’m thinking I can do isolated bicep and tricep ‘s with dumb bells .
Anything that doesn’t involve my rib cage , and or shoulders .

My PE will be similar to the last 2 days for a while , till I get my shit back together .

Humm , Still 6.5” BPSFL .
Last night :
Did my stretches and some Compressive Flaccid Squeezes .
Focusing on my glans expansion .
Did 4 at 30 sec. each .
Really got my head red and slick looking .
Must be doing something right as my flaccid has stayed the same .

It’s late , so I’m off PE tonight .

Club today :
Bicep - 40 reps at 20 lbs.
Tri’s - 40 reps at 20 lbs.
Delts - 20 reps at 20 lbs.
Chest - 20 reps. at 12 lbs.
Did these with controlled form , to not engage the ribs.
Mainly , just range of motion .
Exercise ball - 10 minutes ,hanging back ,hand over head .

DTR - on 6 hrs . Had to shake him out a couple of times.

Whats great is I’m feeling itchy where my ribs are hurt . Alright !!!!

First of all , Gator , if you stop by , please know that we want you back !!
You’re a lot of the spirit of the gym , helpful , caring , tenacious .

Well , tonight I’m again BPSFL 6.5” .
My PE this evening consisted of rotary stretches . All directions .
5 sets - 30 sec.each . left and right .
And I started with my , what I call , flaccid compressive squeezes .
Targeting my glans and upper shaft .
I’ve tried these before , and liked them .

However , I was over training and they got lost in the process .
I’ve been reading a lot about what others were doing and brought these out again .
I was to do only 4 to start with . But I was getting so much expansion , they turned into 8 - 30 sec . squeezes .
My upper girth went to 4.8” . up from 4.5” . And base girth from 5.75” to 5.9” .
I could cheat these measurements , but I’m so happy to have any gains !!
Also measured my EL and went from 6.3” to 6.5” !!! EQ about 7 !
First time I ever saw that # on a rule when measureing my pecker !! WooHoo !!
This will be my routine , at least for now !

I was also to do some bundled stretches , but couldn’t get flaccid enough to really do them correctly .
I stopped after the squeezes . And cooled down with a cold rice sock .
A little edging tonight , not much . I want to see how my MW is .
No Club or p90x because of my ribs . However they are getting much better .

DTR had me stretched for 5 hrs .
His hood is getting longer .

BPSFL - 6.5” . humm , still good .
DTR on 5 hrs .
MW was good , just good .
He was weak at first , but as soon as I grabbed him he stood up and said , Howdy !! LOL !!
Did some club today .
Bi’s - 20 reps at 20 lbs.
Tri’s - 20 reps at 20 lbs.
Delts - 15 at 10 lbs.
Chest - 10 reps at 12 lbs.
10 minutes - stretching
Range of motion , good form .

PE was the same as yesterday .
Same stretches . 30 sec . holds .
At this point , I’ll do 2 on and 1 off .
When doing my flaccid squeezes , I couldn’t do the whole 30 second holds .
Had trouble holding my horn , so I just did 25 sec.
This is why I’ll take a day off .
These must be more taxing than I thought .
Didn’t get any spots tonight . But he got real red and plump .

However my measurements at my circ scar was 5” . A little better than yesterday .
And my base was 6” .
I may have found something that will give me some gains .
The time and amounts seem to be just right .
This is weird , my gaining and Gator leaving . ?!?!

Just thought id try to offer you some advise since you always do the same for me :)

I’m not as clued up on weight lifting but with my martial arts experience I can help on the fitness side. If you really want to up your game with push-ups make sure you do them every day. The key here is pushing yourself, when you wake up get out of bed and do a few push-ups to get a bit of blood flowing to the area. Then get up and stretch your upper body a little and shake your arms around a little. Then get back down and do as many push-ups as you can, then go straight to the half push-ups where your knees touch the floor instead of your toes. Then max out on those you usually find you can do allot of these. Now you should feel some burning sensation. Wait a minute and do another set of full push-ups and half push-ups back to back. You will find you will do less than this for the following few days until but this is progress, stick with it and you will be able to do 50 easy a few weeks/months. Also loosing body-fat really helps since your arms don’t have to push as much weight.

When my penis stats are smaller after the workout I’m happy because for me this is progress, usually after a few days rest it grows back to the before workout size and then bigger. I think the penis shrinks a little when you have given it enough trauma and then growing Begin’s.

I take a step backwards as a hint its going to go forwards. So I’m never disheartened when it gets smaller I just know I have done my workout right and it’s time for a little rest.

Damn ! Excellent ! BPSFL is 6.6” . Maybe 6.65’ but , we’ll go for 6.6” !!
I must be in my sweet spot with my routine .
I was going to do 5 days for length , and 2 days , girth , per DryJelq .
And was going to take tonight off .
However , these 2 days of squeezes will be termed girth days , as I feel I may be over doing again .
My MW was hardly there this morning .
I’ll have to make up a schedule of sorts .

Tonight will be stretches , with my IR lamp .
Rotary and Directional , with Kegals .
4 Sets - 30 sec. holds .

Club :
10 minutes of stretching everything .
Bi’s -30 reps. at 30 lbs.
Tri’s - 30 reps. at 30 lbs. - over head - 30 reps -15 each side at 30 lbs.
Delts - 20 reps. at 20 lbs.
Chest - 15 reps. at 12 lbs.
Did these with good form , to not engage my ribs
Didn’t try assisted chin and dips , not yet . I’ll give the ribbies a break .

And a couple of inner pulls at 3or4 EQ , flexing the shaft from both sides .
Edged myself off . Maybe that put me into overwork , as I was frisky with him .

Started p90x again , with a bud in Denver that’s doing it .
Been at thunders where there are some guys doing the program too .
I should check here to see if there is a thread .
Did Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X .
Since my ribs are still injured , I just did what I could and forgot the rest .
Thank heysus for bands . They take the place of weights and are effective .

Okay , 6.5” flaccid ,
Slept weird , so he was there . But by the time I really woke up he was laying down .
All he needed was some affection , and he got it !!!
So , not really sure of EQ , but after he woke up he was a 7 .

DTR on for 3 hrs. I think he liking the time off, as his hood is covering his head very well .

Club today :
15 minutes of stretching .
Bi’s -40 reps. at 40 lbs. - 2 sets - 30 reps at 30 lbs. - 1 set.

p90x was Plyometrics . Actually kept up with the group . My chest was itchy from the ribs healing .

My PE last night was okay with the stretches . But the squeezes were lack luster . My bud wouldn’t stay plumped
enough . I kegaled him to a good head swell so I could squeeze him . Got in 6 before I stopped .
He girthed up well , so I can’t complain .
That’s why I was amazed he stayed the same as last time .

Damn ! Great ! This is what I’m thinking .
I may be just doing my routine too much .
When I really jiggy with him and feel like I got a great work out , he shrinks a bit in length for a day or two .
Then comes back .
Perhaps I need to do 1 on , 1 off . Edgeing on off days .
I’ve been doing stretches , some jelqs , squeezes , and some inner pulls .
And been trying to do them most every day . That may be what I need to pay attention to .
I did some JAI’s last evening . No edge . Easy day , and his length came back .
Tonight, since it’s late , may be a day off PE .
Just IR Lamp and Rice Sock .
Did a few poopy pulls and stretches in the mens room .
MW was not enough to write about .
I’ll see how I am tomorrow .
