Today I was questioning myself as to whether to PE this evening or not .
Did the club thing today .
Back Lifts-10 reps —light on these
Hanging Chair Ab’s - 3 sets of 20
Biceps - —— 1 set of 20 at 40 lbs.
2 sets of 20 at 30 lbs.
Triceps —— 1 set of 20 at 40 lbs.
2 sets of 20 at 30 lbs.
Upper Back -3 sets of 50 at 75 lbs .
Upper Shoulder -3 sets of 15 lbs .

Had my DTR on for 8 hrs . Love that tool.

Decided to do my routine anyway . Just to see how they would go .
Got in about 25 reps . Had almost no libido . Not sure if this is because of exercise or perhaps I should do
1 on , 1 off .
Had no red spots today . I was more flaccid tonight than yesterday . Exercises weren’t very effective .
I may have to rotate my routine . PE on 1 day , then club the next day .
Have more structure . See what gives me the most reward.

Had to do something .

2 sets of 20 at 30 lbs.
Upper Back -1 set of 50 at 75 lbs .
2 sets of 30 at 100 lbs.——real damn !!

No PE today .
Thought I’d jack it last night , but no .
Libido just was not happening .
Woke up with wood , but that was all .
Didn’t even use my DTR much , maybe 2 hrs .
The only thing I did with my skin , was pull and stretch what I’d stretched previous .
To get it pulled forward and cover my glans . Looked pretty good , actually .

I’ve been on break so long , more days off doesn’t matter .
At this point , I’ll just keep on with what I do , and perhaps this will settle out .
For some reason , I can’t get standard jelqing down . Perhaps I don’t need them .
V-Jelqs rock , One Hand Jelqs are fine . Looking at this , libido is what’s missing .
Maybe if I put all I’ve done on paper , this will all make sense .

When I started PE , I did JP’s beginner routine .
All the stretches , kegals , V-Jelqs , hardly any regular jelqs . Just couldn’t get them .
And made good gains while on the beginner program .
Then I started playing with other exercises .
I haven’t gained anything since the end of last year .
Okay , I’m on overload . I’m going to stop here and think more about what I’ve done .
I can’t think anymore tonight .

Good day at the club .

Looked at my log from the first . Saw that I was doing JP’s routine slightly modified .
Going back to square one . Starting tomorrow . Had good gains then , and when I started doing everything else , it all went south .
So , re-boot .

Hot Rice sock-10 min. and /or IR lamp
Rotary Stretches-SO,L,D,R,U hold 1 min. each
Both Directions
Helicopter Shakes
Kegals-25 x Each Rotation Direction
Wet Jelqs -2 x 50
V -Jelqs -2 x 30
Inner Penis Pulls-4 x 30 sec.
Flaccid squeezes-4 x 30 sec.
Cold Rice Sock-5 min.
Warm Rice Sock-10 min.

I’ll do this routine , without the pulls or squeezes , at this time .
Notice I wasn’t doing standard jelqs even then . As I recall , they were one hand , over hand pulls .
I think most of my gains were from stretches . And V-jelqs . I really like those .

Wore my DTR for about 7 hrs. today .
Measured my BPSFL at 6.3” .

But , when putting on my DTR , I started getting wood ! Woo Ho !!
So I am heating real good , and doing some light JAI stretches .

Yes , woke up pulling at myself . Relief !!
So , wood was good .

Did the club .

Leg lifts - 120 reps
Tri’s - 60 lbs. - 40 reps
Bi’s - 40 lbs. - 40 reps.
Back - 68- 75- 100 lbs. - 25 reps each
Shoulders - 20 lbs. - 50 reps.

DTR - 10 hrs.

PE Light .
Warm up , IR lamp , Rice sock 15 min.
JAI Stretch - 10 min .
Warm down ,same as above .
Edge - 10 min.
“Hang” feels slightly sore inside .
Might be from the DTR .I’ve really had it stretched well .
I’ll have to find out how to measure my skin .

It’s been a few days since I’ve posted .
Haven’t done any PE .
Still don’t have any libido .
I’m waking with some wood , but even with porn , it won’t get frisky unless I really work it .
I’m just not interested .
This is most unusual for me .
I originally thought I had over-trained . And I probably was .
But , I’ve had break for several days , and nothing has changed .
I’m having my testosterone level checked . I’ll know in a few weeks .
So , This is when executive decisions are made .
So I’ll restart JP’s beginner routine , doing only stretches .
BPSFL is still 6.4” . Been that size for several days . So , I don’t think he’s hurt .
I’ll have to figure out how to measure my skin .

On to better things . Been wearing my DTR a lot. Mostly 8 or more hrs a day .
When I’m flaccid , he’s almost got his hat on . I’m loving this .

Still going to the club for exercise . And have started p90x on April 1 .
That’s an ass kicker . But , I’m already getting results . I’m doing all the routines as much as I can .
They are getting easier as I go .
However , I find my upper body is very weak . It’s hard to do push-ups ! What ?!
I know ! What’s funny is that what I thought would be difficult , is easy .
Again , what do I know .
It’s late and I’ve just done todays p90x , so I’ll start JP’s tomorrow .

Well , I had visitors today , and they tell me to try the jelq .
I’ve never been too successful with them , but , whats another learning curve .

Rice sock and IR lamp . continuous
Dry V-type , 2-3 sec . reps .- 20 min.
Got about a 50 % hard . Feels good .

This is funny , total guy thing .
I’ve had my DTR on for most of the day , and just removed it for jelqing .
The warmth has my man scent wafting up at me , smells great .
The DTR must be working .

Just completed p90x routine .
Legs , Back , and Ab Ripper X .
I’m hoping these overlap , PE and p90x .
I did pretty good starting with PE and am getting better .
Now , p90x has me nuts . pun intended .
I’m back to the club for more ab work .
I just started April 1 , and am already feeling my workouts being effective .

Had A great woody this morning .
Pulled on it for a few minutes .

Doing the same routine tonight .
Heat -IR lamp , continuous .
V -type , coconut oil - 3 sec . reps . Lying on bed , pulling up .
20 min . medium light grip , just enough to move blood to my glans .
Cool down with cold rice sock .

After doing these , I edged for several minutes . Pulling him slowly in a jack motion . Got to the PONR and stopped . I was so close to ejac . I leaked some cum . I know because I tasted it . This is my first time having this happen . WoHOOO !!

I must be getting better at monitoring my self .

DeeTRd for 5 hrs . I’m stretching with the plunger pushed as far as it will go , using the short rod .
I think I’m stretching the inner skin more than outer . But , it’s all good .

The Club :
5 min. warm and stretch .
200 leg raises .
15 Back raises .
30 triceps at 50 lbs.
40 biceps at 40 lbs .
Upper back - 30 at 68 lbs. , 30 at 75 lbs. , 30 at 100 lbs .
Shoulder press - 50 at 15 lbs . This is my weak area .
Sauna for 15 min .
Today was off for p90x , so went to gym for selective work .

Over-all . I’ve a much better head about myself than last week .

Haven’t been that hard for a while .
All the breaks I’ve taken have really shown me how easy it is to over train .
My libido is returning , finally . Yeah !!!
But , it just feels good to squeeze him .

No club today .
Got real sore from the exercise yesterday .
Did back and chest , and ab ripper x .
These are getting so much easier to do .
I’m on a routine that comes with the cd’s .

Had him taped from last nights routine till this morning . Then I DeeTRed till my routine tonight .
The , I’ll retape again . This way I’m always being stretched .
DTR for 9 hrs . Taped the rest of the time .

Continuous heat - IR lamp .
20 min . wet V-type jelqs .
Cool down -Rice sock .
5 min. Edging .

Felt different tonight , afterwards . Not as horned .
Have I already done too much ?
I’ll check my MW to see .
May take tomorrow off PE .
May make them 3 on , 1 off . Haven’t done that before .

Plyometrics kicked my ass again . All the jumping was hard on the knees . But I kept up with it .
These all get easier , I hope !! lol !!
