Well , I’m taking several days off to get myself back on line . I’m out of town for a few days and will take advantage of them .

Woke up the other day and just had to drop a load . I haven’t been there for a while and really needed

Well , lets just say that these days off have been worthwhile for my unit’s health . I’m fluffed and plumped and it’s all good .

A friend suggested JAI stretches . I’ve not used them a lot and since I’m doing lighter exercises , these will be easily worked in .

Today ,light stretches , v-jelqs , inner penis pulls , JAI stretches .

I’m glad to be forced into a rest (not really, just visiting family)because I needed to do it .

I’m looking forward to having a “magnificent wood” tomorrow . LOL !!!!

Sup dooks, all signs are go for me to begin again tomorrow.
I’m still going to follow my “ILP (increase libido plan)” since its working like a charm :)
I think I’m going to have to cut my thunders forum action to like three times a day. I
visit this site waay too much. I don’t want to get burnt out.
I see everything is good over there. Just making sure my PE wingman is still flying.
My other wingman is manda. Send him a PM to let him know us three are flying together.

I must confess that when I got all excited about giving myself a present the other day , that I sort of went crazy with my hand .
I was still taped for stretching my skin , and I was so horned that what I was doing took over common sense . So , in my exuberence I hurt my best friend with a skin injury . Slightly , but I still can’t work my unit as I want . WWAAAAA !!!!!

Plus , I’m not in my space and it’s cold here .
Oh well . I’ll survive .

iwish6 , I’m still away , so until I get back home , I’m going to be brief . My bro. gives me grief for using his computer . You know the shit about dick exercising . Oh well .

I’ve been doing simple exercises and last night I had my wood back . YEAH !!! Doing what DryJelq has sent me about the jai stretch .
This is unusual , not being in my space , able to do my stuff and not worry what they all think about what I’m doing .
Anyway , The jai stretch is a great exercise . Easy and effective .
You can go to my page on the gym and read what he has to say . I’m liking these .

It was hard to find a good 100x100 spiderman picture.

Heat for me? My guy feels the same after meeting the rice sock for
10 min as it would for 5 min. To save time I just warm up for a minimum
5 min…anything over is just bonus heat. The warm down I don’t take as
seriously. I just jump into the shower after my session and focus the heat
on my guy until it feels relaxed.

I think manda is on a short decon break, but he should be starting up again
soon. He’s another small fish amongst bigger fish, but a great PEer friend to
have. He’s also in it for the long term. Consider us the three musketeers.

Today is my rest day. Nothing new to share at the moment.

Been a while since I’ve posted . Been on a break since at my mom’s .
Haven’t been doing a lot of exercising . Just some light JAI’s and rotary stretches .
Doing 6 flaccid squeezes and the random pee pull and bed fowfers .
My wood’s back , but my EQ still sucks . WHAT !?!?

I asked my bud at the gym about doing a rotary motion while doing a 2 sec. JAI stretch .
These feel great . My ligs really like the motion .
Going to redo my routine per Gator .He’s starting over with a new outlook .
Also sacc ,at the gym has some good things I must work in .

My good friend , iwish6 , helps me with my insanity .
I’m going home tomorrow . I’m so glad !!!
No questions about what I’m doing .
Wish I had someone close to share this with , as everyone I know thinks I’m nuts .

I’ll measure at the end of the month and see what I’ve gained .

Well , Let’s see , last night I did a beginner’s routine . Only about 1/2 of jelqs , a few flaccid squeezes .
Today , the first part of the routine , stretches and squeezes .
Tonite , V-jelqs and some uli’s , after I make sure I’m doing them right.
My days off have helped my EQ .Still not as great as it has been .
I’m SO glad to be back stretching my self !!!

I’ll stay with the beginner’s routine for a few weeks . Had a good growth rate when I started .
I have strayed too far by trying every exercise I thought would help with my goal .
So , square one . Re-boot .
Since I’ve re-started , I’ve re-read the routine and exercises , and now have a clearer idea of what
I’m doing . It really does help reviewing things .

HaHaHa, Got the wrong exercise name . Jelq squeeze is what I did last night . Uli’s are too much for me at this time .

Posted on another thread that I was going to do 2 on and 2 off . Since I like to really work and stretch my unit .

This is an off day . I’m not supposed to do anything PE related , but I’m going to do some jai stretches anyway .

Nothing but very light pulls . Working just the CC and CS . When I feel pull back , I just wait till I’m soft again .

Haven’t cum in a few days , so I’ll edge myself into a DO , or just blow it . Either one helps me .

for me keep track of my own progress if we used it .

Your routine seems good for you . Since hearing that jelqs are counted 1 hand ,1 jelq ,that makes good sense .
And I can use 1 hand several times on the same side ,then do the other side .I just naturally did that .

Oh !!!! Question , do you trim your boy ? I just did . Since I’m stretching my sac , this has helped a lot .
Not only does it FEEL better , I get a better grip on myself .
I pull my sac down with the okay grip ,keeping my balls snug at the bottom . And I rotate my hang ,in a circle .
I grip my penis with the other hand , pulling up, keeping the shaft skin tight .
This stretches the raphe really well .
That seam is tough to stretch . That’s the only thing that seems to be in the way of hanging low .
I have a thing about low hangers . LMAO !!!
For me , having my bag gripped and squeezed is HEAVENLY !!!

This is another off day for me . Just some light jai stretches and the random pee pull .
DryJelq has been giving me advice about how to do them .
That’s why I’m using them on an off day .I’m just engaging the CC’s and the CS . Nothing else .
My growth has slowed lately and I’m back to basics for a while .
I’m measuring at the end of the month , to see if I’ve gained .
I’ve not been consistent , so I’m hoping for the best .

After my heat down , my hang is so loose .Just measured and he’s 5.8” Of course he’s just been worked , but

woohoo , anyway .

My edging session ended as planned , quite juicy . MMMMMMM good .

Well , today is an on day . My friend DryJelq has a routine I’m trying out .
These are light , as this has been my focus lately .

Today’s Routine:
Heat 10 min
Jelqing 5 min
Heat 5 min
Basic Stretches 5 min
Jelqing 5 min
Heat 5 min
Edgeing 10 min
Heat 5 min

My jelq method is to pull with one , over hand grip .Down past the base , pulling up .
Doing the other side the same way .
This is a V- jelq style that gives my head some girth.
It works the CS really well .
Tomorrow may be an off day .

Well , I was right . Yesterday WAS an off day . I used a technique I got from DryJelq . I massage my soft unit ,to
see if I’m sore or tender . I was last night . So , off day . Doing what I did last time .
This way I’m able to tell if I’ve overworked my dick . Another way besides my wood to see if I’ve done too much .

Well, I have figured out what I was doing wrong . Way too many exercises , way to much stress on my dick .
I was perusing another post about routines and why we need breaks . So , since I’ve not been gaining the last 2 months , REDO !!
I’m using , as a template , DryJelq’s routine . I just purchased a 250 watt IR lamp and fixture with porcelain
socket at Target’ . Cost $ 20.00 . I haven’t used one before ,(rice socks), and it works well . In fact ,so good that I didn’t have to reheat at all . Did my whole routine in front of it, and was finished in much less time .
VERY well heated .
My unit was below 6” as of last week . Since I’ve adjusted everything , my length was back to 6.2” .YEAH !!!
It’s My .2” ,and I wanted it back . Tonight , after my well heated set , I am 6.25” . Maybe not cemented , but,
hey ,I’ll take all the incentive I can get .

Did the whole routine , but combined the heat time , since having the IR lamp.
Also did 4 flaccid squeezes , pushing down on my glans for upper shaft girth .
And 4 Inner Penis Pulls . Using the whole inner shaft for leverage .
That may account for the advance in length , tonight .

Tomorrow will be off. Just doing some foreskin pulling . And a lot of heat .
