I have been on and off with PE over the years. Way back when I first measured, my unit was pretty respectable with regards to BPEL at 7 1/2”. My girth was just average at about 4 7/8” at the thickest point and smaller towards the base with a baseball bat shape. I decided to tackle just girth with clamping. After going through a couple months to warm back up into PE, I started the clamping with 3 x 10 minute sessions. I was pretty astounded at the results. In 6 months I have increased my girth to 5 1/2 inches at the thickest and 5 1/4” at the thin bat handle part. I am very close to hitting the next 1/8th inch mark on the EG which I am very excited about.

My routine has increased quite a bit to 5 or 6 sessions and I am up to 3 clamps. I think the key for me has been the constant kegels while clamping. I was also very surprised to find my BPEL is up to 8” and sometimes for some reason on my days off a little over 8”. My wife has been commenting on my size lately so I guess it is working, thought the comments are mostly because I am hanging flaccid much larger than before. I want to keep this up for a year and see where I get. I will keep posting and hopefully hit my goal of 6” EG. My results seem very fast and I swear they are true as I have nothing to gain by deceiving you. My concern is that the results may end up being temporary and if I stop go back to the long skinny member I had before. Any comments to if this may happen? If all goes well I was contemplating a Bib hanging routine for a year after this, but I don’t want to get too long as I occasionally bottom out on my wife now at 8”.

Started 3 x 10 minute clamping with 1 clamp
Quickly added a second for 3 x 10 minutes
Increased to 4 x 10 minutes then 5 x 10 minutes
Now I do 5-6 x 10 minutes with 3 sometimes 4 clamps

I typically clamp 5 days a week at this point, but started at 3.

Nice gains man!

May I ask how you place your clamps on the shaft?

What is the difference to use multiple clamps instead of one?

What do you use to wrap under those clamps?

I place them all at the base stacked together. With multiple clamps you can get more pressure and intensity but be careful. I use a silicone sleeve with a small fabric wrap around that.

Another note: I always clamp fully erect and will tighten clamps as I get less erect. If I try to stimulate myself I tend to get around 6” girth while clamped, but If I do not stimulate and get softer, I get about 6 1/8 - 6 1//4” girth

It has been about 20 days or so since I first measured 5 1/2” MEG and I am now a little over 5 5/8” so I think I will officially call it that. I like to be a little over to ensure it is real. I am hoping to be 5 3/4” MEG by the end of July!

Another note to add is that when I use 2 or 3 clamps, I stack them together at the base, but do not align them so they are a little offset. If you notice with cable clamps the clamped part is shaped like an oval so if they are turned on each other I find that it is a more intense squeeze.

I initially used heat, but I haven’t in the last 4 months. Just got lazy and my first clamp is about 70% my final clamp, so I consider it a warmup

I’m back and just finish my week 8. Starting with the newbe routine again.. I have add time and exercices from week 1 to 8, was now with 3x5directions strechs + 6min inverted V stretch + 15min wet jelq + 6 min mid shaft squeeze (Uli#3?) + 6 min squeeze jelq… but I’m boring, forearms are tired and it’s start to be a long run every session.

So yesterday I did 3x10min clamp and got great expension, EG top at 6 1/4” then 6 3/8”. And BPEL at 8 1/4 post clamp!

I think I will stick to clamping and maybe some squeez jelq. With my 8” I hit the bottom of my wife so girth is what I need and if I’m lucky I will get EL like you and others members who report lenght gains with clamping 🤟


Start 04-26-2013: BPEL: 7", MSEG: 5 5/8. gain till 01-10-2014 BPEL: 8", MSEG 5 7/8. 4 years Brake.

Start #2 01-17-2018 BPEL: 7 5/8, MSEG: 5 7/8

NOW: BPEL: 8 1/4", MSEG: 6" . Goal: 9x6.5"

Nice gains Franck. Just pay attention to your penis and set your timer so you don’t clamp too long. Keep us posted.

I’m changing my routine a little. I was clamping Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for the last month or so and I think I need another rest day, so I am dropping Sunday and trading Wednesday for Thursday. I will let everyone know how that compares.
