Yes, 1000 jelqs seems excessive and dangerous for someone starting out. If you’re having a erection problems as a result, I’d stop immediately.

1000 jelqs must take around 1h 15min. Yes that’s is way to much. I think 10 min stretching followed by 10 min jelqing is a good way to start.

Thank you for your suggestion. I think this long jelqing may be related to my previous marathon-style masturbation. I can masturbate for hours without shooting. The secret is to keep watching porn videos. Therefore, at the beginning of the PE exercise, I felt that 10 minutes was too few and I did not control the time. This led to my current erectile dysfunction and the extremely insensitive symptoms of the penis. I think it will cause bad influences. If porn is causing you erectile problems, you should quit looking at porn indefinitely. I had to do that as well. I’m on day 65 of no porn and the difference is amazing! Just find healthier activities to occupy your time or use that energy towards finding a girlfriend.

Look up “NoFap Benifits Timeline” for motivation to stick with it. The hardest part is the first 30 days.

Your sensitivity will come back but you have to give your mind time to recover from the overstimulation of porn. I’d definitely recommend that this be a lifelong change. Additionally, you’ll notice the process can be expedited by not masterbating.

I’d also recommend you create a progress log on this site. Others will be able to give you advice if needed and you will find it motivational. In addition, you can track changes for analysis at a later time.

Oh yeah, take pictures right away for your own personal reference.

I am honored to receive your suggestion. This is the second day I quit porn, and I have always had an urge to turn on my computer, find a website, and satisfy myself. Yes, looking back at the situation now, this behavior is really terrible. I have realized the seriousness of the problem, and I have started to change.
