Adding stretches to a present 1 day on/1 day off jelq-routine - Which day to do them?
I`m not a beginner and I have over a years experience with PE.
I`ve had over half a year off and the last months I`ve been jelqing 1 day on/1 day off.
I now want to add stretches in my routine.
Should I do them at the same day as the jelqs or at the present off day?
My thoughts are this:
If I do the stretches on the off day, I may be able to focus more and do a better job with the stretches.
On the other hand, I might get better recovery if I do all my exercises one day and take the next off.
What is your experience and advice?
