28 Mins Fulcrum Streches /21:30 Standard Downward Amgle Fulcrum / 2:30 Mins Upward Angle Fulcrum / 2 Mins Left Side Angle/ 2 Mins Right Side Angle.

For those who dont know what’s a fulcrum strech it is called Inverted-A-V-Strech.

Yeah I think you are right I gained nearly 2.19 Inches in length and 0.6 Inches in girth.

I went from 12.8 cm/5.07 Inches to 14.4 cm/5.67 Inches in these 1 month and a half.

Techincally I can easily BP up to 17cm-18.2cm/6.7-7.2 Inches with minimal push.

It was a very good workout.

No Resistance was present at all while streching and it was very strechable.

Yeah, that’s it plus its a very good strech too the intensity is not so intense but moderate.

After a 30 Min My wrists fatigue a little not that much.

But overall its a great strech.

Keep following my thread, I”ll keep on updating toda vez I get a new gain or even about my routine.

I started with the beginners routine, my gain was 0.8 in length.
In about 4 months I will complete 1 year in the PE
